Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
I must admit, Lagers has changed, and definitely for the better. Great car buying experience, respectful and honest. I honestly enjoyed the car buying experience from my hometown dealer. Ashley, Leah, and Michele made this honestly pleasant.

I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.
I had been looking high and low for used Honda in Spokane for a couple of months. I was getting frustrated with my search as we went to a few dealerships but just couldnt find the right one. I was glad we found and purchased one from Mick McClure Honda. I didnt buy the one I drove on my first test drive and felt absolutely no pressure. About two weeks later I actually called him on the phone and let him know I was coming to pick up another one I saw while at the dealership. It was the same style Honda Certified CRV Touring but just one with even fewer miles and a year newer! Local trade to the dealer and really the best one in 200 miles! Very nice buying experience at the dealership and Jeff, Kelly, Jason and Casey are all wonderful to work with! Thanks for everything!
Great dealership to purchase a vehicle from! Everyone from the sales staff to the finance department was professional and created a non stressful car buying experience. SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. MY VAN WAS RETURNED TO ME CLEANER THAN WHEN IT CAME IN. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TAKE ME TO WORK AND THEN PICK ME UP AT WORK WHEN THE SERVICE WAS DONE.
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
