Scheduling the appointment was simple/convenient, staff at the dealership(service team) alerted me to the recall item and were able to complete this work in addition to the initial items I had requested .
The process was good, they know about their business but you gotta be careful in all the fees and expenses that are not disclosed at first. They tried to help you whatever is your situation but just don't feel pressure to take a rush decision
I was nervous to buy used car at first, but everything was surprisingly very easy and simple. Got a really good deal on Nissan Maxima. Car is clean, low mileage, very attractive price. Sales manager Tony is really nice guy to deal with. Three days of intensive driving, no problems so far.
I was very pleased with the service here, everyone was pleasant, and helped me out to their very extent, I would definitely recommend everyone I know to come here. I’m leaving very happy with a car today.

I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
I must say European Auto Expo really offers the best cars at the best prices. If you want to find a fully loaded Lexus with free maintenance you definitely need to check these guys out. Thanks to Zach your credit application always gets a guaranteed approval and you can even get some extended warranties for your car. I'm really pleased with the service and with my new Honda Accord
Went in without an appointment on Black Friday to see Ryan Murphy who sold a car to my cousin. He told me he had a customer and the wait would be about 45 mins but that he'd make it worth my while if I waited for him. Ryan did not disappoint! Without haggling back n forth negotiations, he gave me a deal on a new lease from a basic '16 latitude Cherokee to a '19 limited Cherokee with more specs than I'd anticipated with a $25 difference in my monthly payments! I'm getting so much more car! I am beyond happy and grateful I waited for Ryan! He made it such a smooth transaction, meeting everything I asked for and more! Monty completed the deal with explanations of everything I was signing for and Becky explaining every detail of the car before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge and asking for Ryan Murphy when buying or leasing to get an even better deal than you anticipated! Thanks again Ryan! Allen is awesome! I'd been shopping for a pre-owned Mercedes C300 for about a month. I called and visited several stores and most of them are the equivalent of a dumpster fire. I was told my trade-in car was worth $1000 (AW gave me $4000). Some stores have dealer fees they tried to charge me in addition to the price they had online. AW was the opposite. Allen told us the price and let us know that even though it was firm, there would be no hidden charges. Everything was upfront and honest. It's now been 2 months since I bought the car and I couldn't be happier.
I bought a Dodge Durango and I must say I am satisfied with the vehicle so far. I literally bought it yesterday. The only issue I had was my sales rep Mohammed seems like a nice guy but lacks customer service experience and energy needed. I basically sold the car to myself i came in looking for the vehicle due to seeing it on the web and he did nothing special for me at all. I had an issue with my keys, they needed new batteries and also was missing a driver's floor Mat and he didn't even want to give me that. Thanks to John the GM and Roy another sales rep which I felt afterwards I would have preferred having him handling my deal because he actually persuaded me with more info about the vehicle then Mohammed actually did and was just overall more friendly and more knowledgable. Overall the establishment is great and staff is very professional and hospitable, despite some. Thank you Hudson CJD!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
