I think my 2022 Gladiator is one of the top vehicles I have owned The only drawback is the lack of warranty service from my local Jeep dealer.

We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

I bought my 2021 Overland new. I love it!!! It is fun to drive. Handles well in the snow. This is a well made vehicle. I love the leather seating. The best heated seats and steering wheel I have owned. I’m definitely a fan!!

This dealership is like none that I have ever had to deal with before! The car buying process can be very scary and intimidating. I just was praying threw it! They have a really good selection of really nice clean used cars. Maybe new too I’m not sure. I had found the perfect car that fit me online at this dealership & came in to look at it. From the time I stepped in the building the customer service was amazing. They were all very busy selling cars but made sure I was helped & comfortable. They all greeted me at some point in between them doing different things to take care of their clients. Even Bear (their sweet dog) came to say hi! Just rubbing his lil head was calming me threw this car buying process. He put me at ease! One of the guys grabbed the car from their overstock lot that I was interested in for me to look at & test drive. He gave me time by myself not hovering over me to look at it right off the bat. There was no sell’s pitch’s just answered questions when I came back in asking them after testing driving. When I came back in the guy that had got the car for me to test drive was back busy selling another car but a nice gentlemen named Robert called me & my son over. My 1st thought was oh he just stole that other man’s commission if I choose to buy. I have to tell you Robert was amazing! He answered every question we had, he went above and beyond to make sure this was a comfortable experience! He made sure we got the best deal that was fair to us both! Me & the dealership! The best interest rate he could get me and made sure it was a great payment plan for me that fit me. Guess what? He wasn’t stealing the other guys commission! They are on salary! Theirs no cut throat salesman just trying to get their commission. There’s no putting you in anything just to get you out the door selling a car. These salesman get paid regardless! I have to say the owner is a very smart man doing business this way. Yes these salesman want to sell cars for their company of course but I’m telling you the way I felt in that dealership was a feeling of these people actually care about their car selling reputation. Like what they put out is what they want to get back! My momma always said treat others as you want to be treated! I got all good vibes at this dealership, bought a beautiful vehicle that I love, and I bet they had a momma that taught them the same thing! I would highly recommend Robert, & highly recommend this dealership to whoever is reading this , to my family, & will to everyone I know!

My Gladiator is lifted and has a convertible top. I can use it for formal purposes and dirty job purposes. It’s a beach car too. I even tow it behind my RV. I Love this vehicle and never thought I would. I took my wife’s Wrangler in for service and got mine as a loaner. It was God’s plan.

Mojave trim gives a smooth ride. A big improvement over the 2012 Rubicon Unlimited that I had. 17-18 mpg around suburbs and 20-21 on trips. At 13,000 miles no reliability issues. 8-Speed transmission coupled with the 3.6 v6 works well. Great in SNOW. Recommend the AWD optional transfer case.

My experience was very smooth. My Salesperson Kerry Simmons was very thorough. He followed up within a timely manner regarding all of my concerns. Also, the Business Manager Michael Green was very knowledgeable & patient. They both made this an easy clean process for me!

I had a very specific car I was looking for ; the Lincoln Aviator. I am in Florida and looked all over online until I found one I wanted. It was located at Perkins. I dealt with Nick primarily. He was so great. He sent videos , walk around, communicated frequently. He was honest with me. The car arrived in Florida which was great I didn’t have to miss work. The car when arrived was almost exactly like what was in video and pics. There was a little bit of vinyl peeling and the rear seat cover was pulled off a bit. These items are getting fixed by Perkins all the way down here in Florida. I really recommend nick and his team. Even when nick was out the whole team was on the same page.

Excellent vehicle. Very comfortable and very easy to maintain and repair. Great styling and standard equipment. Would definitely purchase again without hesitation. My only vehicle and very comfortable on long trips.

We got to dealership earlier than we were supposed to but got waited on quickly. We drove the truck bought it they cleaned it up and all of this was done in a short amount of time and we were on out way back to Kentucky. Gotta give a shout out to Gab White our salesman!

Great vehicle for enjoying the outdoors in being able to explore new places other vehicles could not go. Looks like a vehicle that can take you into areas safely.

I have now purchased (2) vehicles from Rick Shaffer (Owner) of Hendersonville Auto Brokers. From both of my experiences RICK IS A STAND UP GUY: PERIOD! I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL 550 back in June of 2022. Loved it, great car. After owning it for a couple of days I noticed that one of the eyebrow lights on the headlight wasn't working. Since I had purchased the car "as-is" with no "we owe" or anything else I called Rick asking if he knew someone that could replace it AT MY EXPENSE and that I understood that my purchase was "AS-IS". To my surprise and delight Rick said that it WAS NOT ON ME and to bring the car in and he would get the light replaced. Not a cheap or easy fix as the whole front fascia of the car has to be removed in order the replace the headlight. He provided me a loaner car while the light was replaced; again GREAT GUY. I know this is long but just before Christmas this year my step sons car threw a rod. $11,000 repair bill to replace the engine was not an option on his 2011 Hyundia Sante Fe. I thought we would take a look at what Rick had available. My step son found a 2015 KIA Soul and Rick made us a great deal on it. The car did have an open re-call from KIA which Rick (again) took care of and (again) provided a loaner car while this was done. Did I mention that he came in on Christmas Eve, Eve to meet us and make the whole thing possible? He did. GREAT GUY, GREAT DEALERSHIP. Rick is a man of integrity. I will recommend his dealership all day, everyday. Very rare in today's world.

I went to this location because my son wanted to purchase a vehicle and we were greeted by Jonta (JB). He was very professional and offered awesome customer service. My son was shopping for a car in a certain price range and they had limited cars available that would fit his needs but JB took the time to help us by researching other dealers and actually helped us find a dealer that day who had several cars that would work for my son. He gave my son some tips on car buying and what to look out for which was helpful. We ended up going to the recommended dealer and he was able to purchase a great car!! I just want to say Thank you JB for all of your help because even though we did not purchase from you the customer service experience was excellent and we felt pleased with the time that was taken to help us because looking for the right vehicle can be frustrating and it is very refreshing to meet someone who cares about your needs and JB was that person so please visit this location and check them out. I am a old school jeep owner, what they have come up with in the Gladiator is a hit. The ride along with rugged styling and performance and a usable pickup bed is fantastic.

Upgraded from a 2 door JK. What a difference. Way nicer and much more comfortable as a daily driver. This truck is a beast. Never worry about going off road. Did add a Winch just to be safe.

The dealership and employees are great. However the 2022 Grand Cherokee we bought brand new am has been nothing but problem after problem. Back hatch quit working, the backup sensors quit working, many updates that are unavailable, many recalls. Worst purchase of my life. I regret this purchase everyday.

First off those of you thinking this is going to be like driving a car you're in for a big mistake. I love it, I got the Rubicon model so I know I can wheel in confidence, everything is very nice and works well.

I have had a couple other jeeps 2dr wranglers. I am a truck guy. I found this bad little machine it is the best of both worlds for me. It can tow and go out and get it done on the trails. So far I have no bad to say about this rig. Over all the coolest vehicle I have ever owned.

Archie Berquet is such a wonderful service manager. As Honda of Murfreesboro's Service Mgr. and representative.. there is no one like him in my experience.. unparalleled as he places the dealership and others above himself. He has gone above and beyond any call of duty in doing a great job unequivocally. My hats off to him and to one of his side kicks Jason. 🙃 Jason is a new employee with lots of heart.. enthusiasm and he's doing a great job as well taking care of Honda's customers and ..muah.. I know first hand..and my next vehicle will be bought from there because of Archie Berquet solely.

This truck meets all of my needs. I previously owned an F150 and a Wrangler Sahara: this is the best combination of both. The lift kit is a Mopar lift kit and it rides better than my Wrangler did with no lift kit. I've had zero problems with it and really hate to see it go.

Had my car serviced at dealership and the have always taken care of me. Kayla does a fantastic job! Would recommend to anyone and plan on using their service in the future.
