Extremely smooth ride, lots of power, guzzles gas and plenty of bells and whistles that I never heard of before. Some of them are appreciated; some perhaps no necessary.

I went out to Keystone a few weeks ago and bought a wonderful Chevy 1500. The truck has been great and there were no suprises. My salesman was exceedingly kind and answered all my questions. Nice styling- unlike some of the newer, outlandish Japanese & GM crossovers that look like they were designed by Stevie Wonder. . It's a real SUV -as it has as real 4WD with a low range-I can go anywhere with confidence. . Entertainment system and Nav are much more intuitive that that on my Audi. Has huge fuel tank- can go over 600 miles on the hwy.

I have owned 3 Grand Cherokee Limiteds (94, 05 & 2018) and all have been great—I have driven each of the older vehicles over 10 years with minimal issues. The V8 engine performance has always been exceptional and each Jeep has been comfortable, responsive and very reliable. The 18 model is the best one yet—it is the 25th anniversary “Sterling” model, black with silver leather interior and a 5.7 liter “hemi” engine. The technology in this Jeep is state of the art. I love it, have owned it for a year with no issues and will probably keep it 10 years+.

Roomy with a nice ride. Lots of great tech features. I have the TrailHawk edition and the exterior detailing is sharp. I love this ride.

Drove an hour from home with somewhat low expectations that we would end up driving away from the dealership with the actual car that I had been looking at. I had been researching car purchases for weeks - it's been 11 years since I actually purchased a brand new car - and was really going there with the intention of buying a pre-owned. Before heading down there - I had communicated with Mark Rossi - in the Internet Sales Dept - and told him I was interested in 2 specific Durango's - one was new and one was pre-owned. We set up a time/day to come down but there was no pressure from him. Thank you, Mark! When we arrived at the *complex* (because it really is) - we were *FLOORED* - never expecting such a sight because - let's face it - it's in the "boonies"! Mendon is beautiful - really - but still - the boonies! We were so pleasantly surprised to see that this was a state of the art complex - each Dealership is specifically decorated with a theme(i.e. Ford is the "music hall of fame") and all are gorgeous and immaculate. They even have their own diner - the Miss Mendon!! WOW - was that a treat!! We had lunch on them (our Salesman gave us a $25.00 coupon for lunch while were waiting for our numbers to be worked out) and that was awesome - the food is great - service excellent and friendly! That Diner is also spectacular and lovingly cared for - it's so obvious. As we walked through the property we saw all these other amazing amenities on site - car wash/detailing, rental and much more. We worked with a young salesman - who could not have been more professional - Tim Stein. For a gentleman just recently graduated from college - he is mature beyond his years and definitely headed in the right direction, He didn't miss a beat and dealt with our anxiety about this car purchase with good humor (thanks, Tim - I know we were probably a pain in the *ss!!), He really did try to give us the best options available and make sure we understood that difference between the pre-owned and the new in terms of pricing/payments and what the reality of what our trade was going to bring us but even with that he accepted the fact that we wanted to try to negotiate it anyway (we were unfortunately upside down on the trade....). In the end - we got a brand new 2017 Dodge Durango - it's actually the car of my dreams!! For the financing part of it - we ended up having to walk next door to work with Imperial Ford's Finance Manager - Kim Jacques - I wrote a separate review for her on the Imperial Ford Dealer - she is, hands down, the best finance manager in the business! I could not be happier - but I do expect to be driving it for a *long* time - lol!! It may have been more money - but the experience in and of itself - was really the *best* car buying experience I have had in my lifetime - and my husband can say the same. We have purchased many cars over the years and dealt with unethical dealers (hence the upside down trade...) and were very leery going into this purchase. I can safely say that we won't ever go anywhere else again to buy a new car. My husband is also a Dodge owner (Ram Truck) and he intends to go to Imperial to purchase a new truck from them in a year or so and we fully expect that we will get the same excellent treatment and deal. It was well worth the one hour drive - and now I look forward to driving to the beautiful little town of Mendon! Thanks, Tim, Mark, Kim and Imperial!

The Jeep Grand Cherokee has been my preference for years. The 2018 limited has the style, comfort , updated features and interior that makes the Jeep brand legendary.

It meant all my needs. Plenty of leg room up front. Smooth driving all round I think. Never had a problem. Overall a fun and enjoyable ride.

Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.

I have had VW's since 1997. I just bought my 2010 Passat Wagon off of lease. My car started to shake on 128 S-my check engine light went on as well as the EPC code. I pulled over but decided on the spot to head the VW Gallery as I was an exit away. Once I got off the highway, my car would not accelerate and I was towed in. I called Yulissa to give her heads up my car was come in about 15 minutes. She was responsive, cool headed, and super supportive. I never felt like the Gallery was too busy to take me. They worked on it immediately. She researched that I most of the issue was covered under my extended warranty. Communication was great. I felt like I brought my car in to be detailed vs the anxiety and worry of how catastrophic the repair could be. This was a wonderful experience.

This vehicle has met my needs and is exactly was looking for. The 4WD works great in snow and the interior is comfortable and nicely styled. Exterior looks great!

Before you purchase a use or new vehicle take some time to visit this dealership. I called the sales department and a amazing, humble and honest person answered all my questions. She (Scarlett) conducted business with respect to my time, honesty and without any old fashion car salesmen pitch. The manager and finance officer where as good as Scarlett, they scramble to get the best finance and the payment I wanted. John in Service Repair was excellent. Told me the problems with the car,the options and cost. He took me into the service bay to show me the damage to the blind spot sensor and the repairs that were needed.He then scheduled the repair at my convenience and arranged for a ride for my return home

I recently bought a Tucson Ultimate edition and was treated very well by sale person named Mike. He was very professional,helpful and considerate throughout my buying experience. He treated me as if I was a friend which is very unusual. I didn't feel pressured at anytime throughout the buying process. He has even continued to take time to help me the following days to get it in to ensure it got the latest ecu updates. I stopped in today because my heat not working properly and he came out to look at it for me even though it was a Sunday and service department was closed. I'm very impressed with Mike's customer service and will continue to shop at First Hyundai in the future.

I need more experience driving the Jeep, haven’t had it to long. It is so much fun to drive it has a lot of power! It is an eye catcher, everyone likes to look at it which makes me smile, I’m real proud of it!

I walked in without an appointment hoping to be helped with honesty. I ran into Jeff who I later find out has only been there for 2 days, but I felt like he was there forever. Jeff was very informative and helpful and caring. We found a car in a matter of 5 minutes. I was able to test drive it and after a long day, because I wanted to make sure everything was just right, I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Juke. Everything was done, down to the financing, to the registration, and I didn't have to move or lift a finger, except to sign of course LOL. I would recommend everyone there, especially Jeff, as they were all very nice and helpful. Thank you so much and I can't wait to start driving my new car after the snowstorm. 🙂 I look forward to doing business with you in the future. This car meets my expectations of comfort, quality, and on off road performance that most other suv's can't compare with. Jeep is comfortable for family and friends, and I can still venture out to areas where others wouldn't take the daily driver they have to rely on to get back and forth.

I dread car shopping! Seriously. It took me 6 weeks to find my last car. This time, my husband looked online, found the make and model we wanted at Modern Auto. This car was IMMACULATE. I have never seen an 8 year old car so well detailed. And no matter how far and wide we looked, we could not find another Toyota Corolla in such good shape for the same price. Max was the first salesman we met. He's polite, no pressure, & I was surprised to find out he's 17! I wanted to do the usual "bullhorn" haggling approach. (I'm Mexican. We love to haggle.) But Max is pretty chill. The next day I tried it again on Joe. But honestly, there wasn't a need. Joe brought the car to our house, explained everything in detail, & both my husband and I realized that we were getting a great car and a great deal. Joe even took our car as a trade in. And drove it back to the lot. We never had to leave our house. This place has really, really nice used cars. And is actually a nice experience. The owner and his family value integrity, ownership, & service. I would check this place out first.

Plenty of interior room, looks great, drives like a dream! Highly recommended. The jeep brand, to me, is the best value for your money. I was a Ford girl until I bought my first Jeep!

The most fun car I have ever owned. The engine is its biggest attraction. 6.4 L naturally aspirated. You can hear it breathe and has lightning-quick response. (Sounds better than the 6.2 L with supercharger of the Trackhawk version in my opinion). It has 3 lives: very soft with hardly touching the throttle until 2200 rpm. A mid band up to 4000 rpm with plenty of torque - good for overtaking etc. Above 4000 rpm pedal to the floor: raw and loud beasty mode. Handling es excellent. Had a BMW X5 (4.8 L) in the past as well. The Jeep SRT is much more fun, as practical as the BMW, but more reliable and cheaper to maintain. Improvements to the Jeep grand Cherokee SRT? Could do with a front camera to help with low parking ridges. Mirrors should fold automatically, not on a pushbutton. Most of all however: Jeep should not put the Pirelli run flats on as standard fit: strong tires, but very noisy and not particularly grippy in the corners. I hear other owners say Yokohamas (Parada Spec X) and Hankook (Ventus ST-RH-06) , both non run-flats, are better. Overall a car that is very easy to live with in daily life, with some fun added by the fantastic engine and drivetrain.
