I spoke with Dakota after calling to get a car. He was immediately friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my visit as stress free as possible! I do not feel like they took advantage of me and the sale price was fair for the new vehicle I purchased. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she kept my 3 year old busy so I could focus on my paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Dakota!

Andre, Mel, and team were so accommodating to me thru my new car purchase. I came in with very specific needs, and bad experiences with prior sales people from other dealers. They took my concerns, needs and wants, and put together a beautiful package for me. I absolutely LOVE my new car, and they made it so easy!
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
We decided to look around for a different vehicle when we pulled into Bob Thomas Ford West. Matt Wilson was very helpful and patient with us since we didn't really know what we wanted. We finally decided on a new Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Matt, for all your help!
Very soon after I sent an inquiry on Cars.com Jason sent a personalized video of the car. We were able to meet with Jason a couple of days later and purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jason Alt.
Cassie did a great job helping with us being from Indy and needing to make sure the truck was what we wanted before making the drive up. The only disappointment was they did not fill up the vehicle and the detailing was fair.

He was able to work with my schedule and explained every detail the car had to offer. Even 4 months after my purchase, Milton still contacts me to check up on me and the car. Brett from this dealership was very helpful answering our questions, giving us plenty of time to look the car over, working with us to get a good price, and wasn't pushy. The paperwork was handled very quickly . The whole process of looking over the car, test driving, and paperwork only took an hour and a half.
