Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
I came to this Kia for services and Danilo offered to see if he can get me into a vehicle And sure enough he did he went above and beyond my expecations to get me in a car that was affordable and Be a happy car owner. He was a great salesman and everybody else who was involved to help finalize my deal Alex my insurance specialist Sean my financial specialist was great . I thank him a lot and the manager was a great come in as well they took an experience to another level and I can???t thank them enough . Very happy and satisfied with the car I have .
