5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!
Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. It was a great experience working with Gateway. I had gone to several dealers and felt like the dealers were forcing a sale and then harassing me via telephone. Andrew answered all of my questions and then stepped back to let me decide and had me call him when I was ready. The purchase was seamless and Jay was laid back and professional.
Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.

Great experience with a great salesman, Tony Bowler. Didn't feel pressured, but I was provided all information needed to make my decision to purchase. Felt like I paid a fair price for my new car. I really liked the casual, low key atmosphere of this dealership and Tony. Not the typical high pressure car sales, which made me very happy!

When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.
My lease was about to expire, so we went into the dealership to see about our options.
Walked out with a 2019 shiny red Kia Sorrento, thanks to Dan Norris. Excellent customer service. Dan made the process of leasing a new car easy and painless.
