Jack Bass was courteous, polite and knew his product. He explained everything and was very helpful with questions that I had. He was not a pressure salesman which was wonderful to see. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone buying a Kia from your dealership. Ed Cotto has been my go to service person since owning my previous car and has always been excellent to work with.
We came to look for a newer car and were pleased to find a Sorrento at the right price. Daryl was very helpful in getting the buying process though to usual hurdle of paperwork. Have to say the paperwork was the quickest of any dealership I have ever dealt with. Very pleased with the purchase and we had one small issue with a headrest which they in the service department took care of quickly. Had the car three weeks and we all love it. We will come back when it's time to purchase a car.
I went in to buy a new car. They worked with me pretty well to accommodate my preferences. My salesman was Devon, and he was awesome and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything else on to me for the commission. The biggest downfall of this dealership is the amount of time I spent waiting when it came to paperwork. I spent an excess of 45 minutes just waiting to get to the finance department. I would still recommend simply for the employees and environment.
