I love this car. Very fun to drive. Lots of cool features. There is a ton of space which was very helpful for a tall person like me.
This car gives me everything I could ask for.It rides really good .radio and sound system sounds great and easy to use.love the heated seats and steering wheel on cold winter mornings and air condition seat keep you cool.
I have been here before for warranty work and was impressed with each visit. Normally I find car buying stressful and irritating. Just had the best experience EVER at billion auto kia iowa city. Manager and sales staff are friendly and professional. Totally stress free experience!

Great value, lots of room, lots of accessories, looks good, no issues or problems at 22k miles. Great gas mileage with lots of get-up-and-go! Just leased a 2017 Cadenza Technology for my wife!

This car was much more luxurious than I imagined, and provides a smooth but powerful ride. The Trunk is quite roomy, and the back seats were spacious and comfortable. Great external styling is matched with fairly extensive interior features and electronics.
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!
Luxury style car without the price tag

This car is surprisingly luxurious. Nice clean lines, and smooth flowing interior. One thing i would change is that the shiny black plastic that is used for the console in the front and along the doors needs to be more scratch resistant. i have been neurotic about keeping it clean and these areas show small scratches quite easily.
Staff was excellent, inventory was the reason we chose Daytona Kia, no other dealerships in the area had the model of Kia (AWD) feature we were looking for. Great job, we lost an original document during the process, but it can be replaced, other than that, the experience was great.

Now on my second Cadenza, 1st was a 2015 Limited I leased for an incredible buy and lucky to land another deal on a new leftover 2017. Do your research Kia offers huge dealer incentives on these cars because they don’t move on the lots. Don’t mistake that with low quality. Few cars exist that are incredible buys simply because they are relatively unknown by the public, this car is one of those. The 2015 was flawless in reliability and quality. I’m very picky and critical if I find issues and that car had none. These cars are popular elsewhere but not in the US. The 2017 SXL just makes the entire Cadenza package even better! Heads up display, power smart trunk, quilted Napa leather. The list of safety features is awesome. This car is basically an unbadged Lexus or Infinity in quality and features. Better more upscale in design as well. . The interior is quality wherever you look and comes with a ton of features that outpace the competition. I’ve owned luxury cars from most all manufactures but this one tops them all. Give it a try you will love it and will not be driving the same thing everyone else does. Can’t say enough good about this car. Thanks Kia you did an awesome job!
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
Very Poor Initial Quality

Maybe it's just my car - and I know it has JD Power initial quality award for the segment - but I'm having a few issues that started when I initially got the car. I had to sign the paperwork before they delivered this new car to the dealership - it had scrapes in the hood, the door rattles, the dashboard makes noises in the heat - occasionally the temperature gauge starts out showing an exterior temp of 32 degrees even when it's well over 70, and sometimes the rear camera stays on ten second past pushing the car out of reverse into drive. The car handles ok, acceleration is poor though. Excellent use of space and nice panoramic roof... No SMS notifications in infotainment system which my last two cars had... This is my first Kia, and I'm disappointed - it will be my last - like I said before I was debating between a 2 and 3 year lease - I'm glad I went with the two year.

I bought a 2015 Kia Cadenza used with only 12000 miles on it. I have had the car for a little over a year now and the car has cut off on me and has been sent to the dealership twice because the computer went out on it, which was later found to be a malfunction that was covered under warranty.
When things looked like they were not going to happen, Moe went that extra extra mile to make it happen...I know others were involved too.... It was a miracle that you all made happen....That shows me what kind of folks you are.

This car is so roomy, the trunk is over sized and provides more than enough room. The back seat is giant. There is so much leg room its unreal. The car drives so smooth, and gets great gas mileage. There are vents in the back along with usb ports. The XM Radio rewinds, yes you saw that right. It rewinds. The HD radio is a very nice touch but I do not like that in order to use apple car play you must have your phone plugged in. That seems old school considering that it has bluetooth.
Phil was wonderful. This my fourth car that I bought from Berlin City. Which says it all. I will always keep coming back. They are the best.

This is an excellent "premium" car for the money. Not many people know what it is, but I always get compliments. Quick off the line, responsive, and a quiet interior during the morning and evening rush. The fit and finish rivals other premium brand vehicles. I have 53,000 miles and counting. I would buy this vehicle again and the new 2018 redesign makes me want to trade in and buy another one!
Just got my fourth Kia from Lev Kia and it was another fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Ken Russian, is not only one of the most knowledgeable and hard-working guys there, but he is also one of the least pushy and nicest salesman I have met. In addition, the managers, finance guys, and especially the service department are all top notch and great people to work with. No doubt that I will be headed back there again when it's time to look for a new car, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle at a great price! Lev Kia is the best!

I feel in love with this car as soon as I saw it. When I first went to the dealership I really didn’t know what I was going to get, they wanted to give me a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with just (3) miles on it but it didn’t feel like me so I kept looking. As I walked around the lot I saw my future car a white Kia Cadenza I never heard of the car before but the design of the body free me in as I walked around the car I seen that it was stylish gorgeous lines I knew I wanted this car so I asked about the car and since I didn’t have the money they were asking for as a down payment I was turned away. So I left after trying to reason for the car but nothing changed I went home upset but I wasn’t giving up, received a phone call from Car Vision and was told they had another offer for me it was for a Ford Edge 2014 fully loaded so I went back to the dealership but I had no intention on looking at the Ford Edge, as I reached the dealership I went right to the Kia Cadenza and I rubbed it and said your coming home with me today and that was my plan by any means to get my future car. So I meet with the sales manager and he asked what car did I want and I told him the white Kia Cadenza and he replied I’m going to get you that car that was music to my ears so after dealing with the process and signing papers whiching insurance you know the logistics I drove home in my future car a 2015 Kia Cadenza and I couldn’t be any happier. This car met all of my needs. It is stylish, comfortable and affordable. This is the best car I have owned!! Leather Interior, wood grain finishing...I love it!
I needed a replacement vehicle and my credit was recovering from the Recession,Ken Russian got me an excellent rate on a loan, which made it possible for me to buy a used car (with only 100 miles on it) right off the showroom floor. I had my hyperactive son with me and they did not give me any looks when he jumped all over the showroom (I did warn him to stay away from the cars!). This dealership's professionalism is unparalleled. When I brought the car in for service, everyone was completely professional and again, understanding of the child situation. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I gladly drive from Worcester to Framingham for service because I know I'm getting the best.

Warren Rios and his service department staff repeatedly deliver outstanding customer service in every situation that I have been faced with. I have been a customer of Lev Kia for many years and have bought my last two cars at that dealership solely as a result of the sterling service that I receive in that area. I was suddenly without my vehicle this morning and was in a pretty good panic. Warren was able to take me right in, and have me up and running inside of one hour- and on my way to work. I've bought four Kias and this is by far the nicest one yet and has provided the best bang for my buck. It is very spacious, comfortable, has a ton of features, decent performance, and I find the aesthetics to be beautiful. Definitely recommend.

In general the car isn't too bad. I bought CPO and thought that meant something like it used to. It proved me wrong a few times over. Purchased a bit over a year ago, the first week, taken back for AC repair and power seat. Recently for belt tensioner that made a ton of noise.
Needs tires already as the new ones that were put on before purchase started to warp and cup about a month into the car.
