We love our new Kia

We came in to look for a fuel efficient car we had appointments at several dealerships but Kia of OP seemed like they wanted our business more than the others we made an appointment and were told by a salesman if we came in before the end of the month there would be better deals so we did. Our salesman was not there but had Charles Q waiting to take care of us as well my wife was a little upset that we had an appointment and our salesman was not there to help us she requested a manager and Charles got Richard who assured her they were sorry something came up and that Charles would be able to help us. Charles found the car my wife wanted in the color she wanted at a price she was comfortable with Charles did not walk the lot to find what she wanted he ran. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and made sure her car was clean when we took it home even though it was after 8 pm when we came back to sign the forms from the finance department Charles Q took the time to have her car cleaned again.
The Finance person we dealt with also was a pleasure to deal with. I just can not remember his name to mention him here
Charles Q took the time to help my wife learn how to use all the features of her new car as well as helping her sync her phone to her car. Charles did not just sell a car to us he made a connection he treated us with respect listened to whatever we had to say and did as he promised most of all he appeared sincere at all times not that fake sincere but genuine. We love our little Rio it does exactly what we want,
