I love this car,fully loaded and luxurious. I love the camera on the front grill and the sensors on the back bumper. It beeps when another car is approaching or you are getting too close to a curb. I am tall but I fit quite comfortably in my Cadenza. I have driven out of town twice and it handled quite well. You don't see too many Cadenzas on the road so it makes me appreciate it even more. The back seats don't fold down but that is not a big deal.

I get my car service at Auto Nation because it's close to my home & work. The courtesy van drivers are nice and try to control their shifts for the customer's convenience. I did wait briefly before I was helped by the manager, Sheila. Even tho, I didn't have a coupon, she gave the oil change @ $39.95 which is what I've paid on my last 3 visits.

My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. In this case, it was absolutely earned. Thank you Kevin and George.

This car is so roomy, the trunk is over sized and provides more than enough room. The back seat is giant. There is so much leg room its unreal. The car drives so smooth, and gets great gas mileage. There are vents in the back along with usb ports. The XM Radio rewinds, yes you saw that right. It rewinds. The HD radio is a very nice touch but I do not like that in order to use apple car play you must have your phone plugged in. That seems old school considering that it has bluetooth.

Overall a good purchase experience. Tim was patient and provided all documents I requested. Everyone was polite and not pushy. I contacted the dealer the next day to ask about a spare key because I purchased late at night and everyone was ready to go. I feared that I may have forgotten to ask for it or the team forgot to provide it. After making contact I was told I would get an answer and I have not received an update on the spare key. The car was purchased with just one key. I would appreciate an update on availability of a spare key (858-361-0647)

This car is surprisingly luxurious. Nice clean lines, and smooth flowing interior. One thing i would change is that the shiny black plastic that is used for the console in the front and along the doors needs to be more scratch resistant. i have been neurotic about keeping it clean and these areas show small scratches quite easily.

I recently purchased this auto as a certified used car with only 4,700 miles. Quickly took it on a 2,600 miles vacation run. Outstanding on the highway: exceptionally smooth V6 and transmission, great ride, climate control, audio, and seats. Likely the most "non-tiring" ride I've owned. Still have a question about the accuracy of the adaptive cruise control. Seems to work differently than our Sonata. Overall, with three months ownership and 2,700 miles, I'm completely happy (and even a bit surprised) with the quality and performance. MPG is not that great (the thing weighs almost 4,700 pounds - thus great ride), with about 30 on total interstate, and about 21 in the city.

I recently moved from NC to FL & needed to get my 2016 KIA Sorrento serviced. I was very happy with the service I received here - from scheduling the appointment to the onsite experience! Their waiting area has comfortable chairs, TV and complimentary water, coffee and snacks. And my car was ready in the time they gave me. Brought my 2000 Z3 in for repairs: ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. So, I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said "in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old." (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said "he could find 5 things wrong with a new car right now", which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they will give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked ???from head to toe." Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate was for $3975.21, and included ABS module box for $2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in. I was given a separate quote for $125 for the oil change, and $296 for the trunk strut replacement. I decided to take my car to Reeves since I was not comfortable with the quote, and I was asked to pay $343.47 for the estimate. I was not allowed to apply the $343.47 estimate charge to the struts or oil change because according to Mr. Wilder it was not part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available -- all were in training. Incidentally, the multipoint check had not been done: fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not checked. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement struts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. Update After writing this review, I was contacted by Ferman's General Manager, Mr. Bob Murray to discuss the situation. I visited the dealership and in the absence of Mr. Murray, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Mr, Karl Alvarez, who listened attentively to my concerns and introduced me to Mr. Brian Pelletier, Service Manager. Mr. Pelletier was very sympathetic, and asked for a chance to make things all right. He assigned my case to Ms. Jamie Annese, Assistant Service Manager and Kyle Silcox of the Gold Team worked on my car. They made all the necessary repairs: abs module, electric switch, drive belt, oil change, and fob activation (the new fob could not be programmed, but the old one seems to have been restored to its old glory) at a reasonable price. Ferman did right by me. Trust is something your can't buy. Thank you for restoring my car and my faith in you.

Now on my second Cadenza, 1st was a 2015 Limited I leased for an incredible buy and lucky to land another deal on a new leftover 2017. Do your research Kia offers huge dealer incentives on these cars because they don’t move on the lots. Don’t mistake that with low quality. Few cars exist that are incredible buys simply because they are relatively unknown by the public, this car is one of those. The 2015 was flawless in reliability and quality. I’m very picky and critical if I find issues and that car had none. These cars are popular elsewhere but not in the US. The 2017 SXL just makes the entire Cadenza package even better! Heads up display, power smart trunk, quilted Napa leather. The list of safety features is awesome. This car is basically an unbadged Lexus or Infinity in quality and features. Better more upscale in design as well. . The interior is quality wherever you look and comes with a ton of features that outpace the competition. I’ve owned luxury cars from most all manufactures but this one tops them all. Give it a try you will love it and will not be driving the same thing everyone else does. Can’t say enough good about this car. Thanks Kia you did an awesome job!

I had an appt. for 2:30 on 11/16 for oil change. Arrived at 1:30 because the traffic from Clearwater less than expected ,so I took a chance that I could be taken early .Anthony was at the desk , and even though it was a very busy day, he said he'd work on squeezing me in early. I went to Fuccillo shortly after 7:00 PM this past week and was sold a new Kicks SR that arrived on the lot that day???i had been waiting for this vehicle to arrive for some time. I was assisted primarily by Bryson, Adam, and Gordon. I also negotiated somewhat and was helped by the sales manager, but I sadly cannot remember his name. I was glad Bryson was able to make the sale and earn a little bit of money. I had a young group of people with me, and we had fun joking around during and after the test drive with Bryson who was more or less our age. Fuccillo gives young people an opportunity in the car business, and as a young person myself, this was nice to see. I recommend giving Bryson his own business cards. He was kind enough to provide us his own personal cell phone number regardless. Adam made sure we received his personal contact information, remained with us throughout our visit, and also acted in a supervisory role somewhat over Bryson, giving him tips and things, and I enjoyed the apparent mentoring, Needless to say, the individuals who helped me stayed throughout the entirety of the transaction, allowing me to drive home after 11:00 PM in the new vehicle despite the dealership closing at 9:00 PM. They did not have to do this, especially for the sale of a $23,500 car. I really enjoyed chatting with Gordon, talking about his life and mine, his family and my law school career, while he gathered and had me sign all requisite documents at such a late hour. He is a good man and fostered no sense of urgency. At one point he said ???a customer knows when they are being rushed.??? He never gave this impression. The car itself is beautiful and quite the upgrade from a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon. The only gripe I have is with the ???addendum??? window sticker, which increases the price of a vehicle with an MSRP of about $23,705 to $25,700 (for paint protection and wheel locks mostly) that is affixed to an adjacent window next to the standard window sticker people are familiar with. I anticipated negotiating the price of the vehicle from its MSRP, not from the wheel locks and paint protection clandestine price that increases the price of the vehicle to beyond what you can even build the car for online with all options selected. Going online shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I realized that I had the ability to ???Lock In??? the new vehicle I had just purchased for about $22,500 by clicking a link (site was not yet updated to reflect my new purchase due to the late hour), so the dealer???s website itself does not include the addendum in its advertised online vehicle prices. This is the only thing that needs to change. Since I was negotiating for a $23,705 vehicle from a $25,700 price, I only got it for $200 off of MSRP???not exactly what I was expecting but still slightly below MSRP fortunately. This is $1,000 more than the ???lock-in??? online price. Overall, the experience was great, especially for a first-time new car buyer, and I look forward to purchasing my next Nissan when the dealership movies to its new location currently being built across the street! I thank everyone sincerely for their service and will be in soon to order some accessories!
2017 Kia Cadenza Premium Review
Beautiful vehicle, attention needed to small detai

The Cadenza is styled sleekly with a grill and headlight package that gives the vehicle a sport but luxe look. Everything from the leather wrapped sport steering wheel and its turbo charged engine moves the car rapidly in sport mode. The interior cabin is quiet but the wide pano roof lets rear passengers enjoy a great view of surrounding and sky. Smooth ride. Comfortable leather interior, easy user navigation of entertainment and instrument panel. Auto Android makes the vehicle safe, along with the lane departure and front crash warnings. Great trunk space and flip seats adds to totability. Nice. The small tweaks - Wi-Fi is not a hotspot, instead you have to connect your own phone to make certain features work, such as the SoundHound feature. Also, the vehicle is not equipped with remote start. Overall, it's a standout vehicle at a great value.
