My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I've been recommending him to my friends and anyone I hear that's looking for a car. Thank you Eraldo! I had a great experience at Kia. My salesperson Izaiah has been on top of everything and follows through with anything I asked. I needed some things done and they made sure I had a loaner for the day. Many dealers no longer have loaners. I bought the Telluride and I love it. Handles great and very plush inside.

The team was amazing. I inquired online and was contacted by Crystal who got me to Frank. I had been working with multiple dealerships and on different cars, talking with so many people. Frank was the first person who I truly felt was willing to A. Work with me B. Sincere and honest about pricing C. Just an overall good person. Once I got there, I was met Kiki! OMG Kiki is by far the best sales person I've ever worked with. She identified the pain points my wife and I were having with our previous vehicle. She showed how the Carnival would literally fix everyone. She reassured me through the whole process that I was making the right decision. The whole team worked so well. I honestly felt like I was back in my hometown of Cincinnati OH, buying a car not from a sales person, but rather a friend/family. The sales team, GM and all create such a relaxing, non-pressure environment. Never once did I feel like they were trying to screw me or push something on me. Angela McFerrin she took good care of me .She was kind patient, knowledgeable, I actually met her at Kia in Highland IN I loved her professionalism . I called her this year in July . Told I was ready to buy my vehicle . Angela was so confident , polite , and could answer every question i had no doubt about this young lady . Not many people I feel comfortable with ! You go girl !

Saleswoman was very helpful and seemed to enjoy her job Melissa guided me to the purchase of the car guite skillfully however the financing portion of the transaction was not to good I ended up financing a extended warranty that I will probably never use had I read the contract thoroughly I would not of accepted that extra warranty but I signed the contract so I will have to pay

This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. Everyone was courteous and sincerely seemed to be getting us all the Kia promotions we should have. I would go to International Kia and ask for Karlos Karas. He will take care of you. Thank you 😊 🙏

Purchased a used car from them a few weeks ago. Worked with D'Angelo as my sales rep and Stefan in finance. Both were very professional and easy to work with. D'Angelo was very knowledgeable about the car and its features even though it was not a Kia brand vehicle. No pressure sales just kept me informed about the vehicle and pricing. Stefan in finance was also very professional. He explained the optional items, their cost and coverage and let me make my own decision yes or no and was not pushy on selling me additional items I had no interest in. Would definitely recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Only reason why I gave facilities a lower score is because they were going through a lot of construction and we were in a temporary location. But they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.
