I was trading in my Infiniti QX50 for a Kia Niro. I'm sort of used to the luxury car dealership now but the Kia dealership was fine. They have food and drink on standby and the facilities are adequate. Staff are all friendly, nobody being pushy. It was an extraordinarily fast deal too. I'm used to car buying taking at least half a day. From getting to the dealership all the way to finishing with finance only took a little over two hours on a busy Saturday. Pretty impressive.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage and once my car was hit by a vehicle and totaled I new that there was one place I would return, Kia Patterson. Adrian Tate made the car shopping hassle as easy and stress free as possible. We have gone to many dealerships and have not experienced the same customer service that we have here. We will always be a Patterson Kia family thanks to Adrian and the amazing experience we had through this dealership.
Patterson made it easy for me to buy a new car. They were very nice and made sure that all your needs were met. Offered you food and water. Car buying is stressful, but they made it seem less stressful.
My buying experience was super simple, easily and quickly finished. I was thrilled with the car they helped me select and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They went above and beyond for me.
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. Been a 3 time moritz customer for 10+ years now There service department is cheaper than independent shops & corporate shops (Firestone, pep boys, etc) plus Moritz knows my vehicle best because they only work on my brand. Did I mention that I solely trust them with my 75 year old moms automotive needs? If that doesn't sum up my love for moritz I don't know what will!!!
Last month I had the pleasure of dealing with Travis Trupiano in the service department for my F250. His prompt and professional attention went way above my expectations and has renewed my faith in OEM service centres. Thumbs up to whatever they are doing there to manage this level of service. So I am a full-time college student that needed to find a new car after the last car I had broke down. Ralph "Goose" Partida sat down with me, reviewed my options, and with everything said and done managed to put me in a 2013 Malibu with a GREAT low payment! I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
