I went in needing a new car and even though I got the vehicle I wanted there was a mess up with the banks so I had to get info to them about my income and make a trip back. This also resulted in me paying $50 more on my payment which I was not happy about. Also I asked about a few minor things and it never got addressed. All in all I wanted to get my down payment and my trade in back but I love my new car.
Cannot talk highly enough about my experience here. I dealt with the owner Ric, and Morgan. Both were extremely courteous and I felt zero pressure. Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.

I love my new kia. It’s has everything i need and loads of wants. It has the zippy performance and fuel Economy I want. I get compliments from people who ride with me.
For a while I drove cheap 500$ or less cars, and I liked it, but they didn’t feel like my cars. It felt like I was driving someone else’s car. This one, she’s mine.
Great service - very accomodating to my time & budget needs. I had to split the service into 2 - front brakes and rear brakes. Both visits were excellent on time & service
Kia really makes great automobiles!

I've owned four new Kia's. Everyone of them have been excellent vehicles. Over the years I've owned over 50 new vehicles and Kia has been right at the top of the list for being wonderful automobiles to have owned.

The sales team here we're super helpful and attentive. Our sales person Chris was super paitent while we test drove 8 different cars.
Head sales rep John was able to get us the loan with a great APR.

Very stress full when you get up to start car will not start. I have to go to work to pay car note. I don't have time to sit and wait. I need a loaner car I prefer the Free pic up to go more miles this has happened twice. I really want to know why my 2016 kia brand new car is a headache that why I bought a new car to Eliminate headache
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.

I recently purchased the LX Forte. All is well, but I should have purchased the EX. Be warned...the LX doesn't have cruise, nor map lights.
I am a very loyal buyer and decided to switch to Zimmer for my purchase. Decision so far is great - the entire process was much better than expected. The entire staff including Charlie Bisang, Shawn Moore and Tony Fritsch was fantastic! They were all friendly, courteous and straight forward. Highly recommended!

Its pretty good bang for the buck. The only issue that I've had with it is the plastic/rubber caps used to secure panels. I drive the front bumper over a cement block on a parking lot, and as I was leaving the bumper rubbed against the cement block. The ended up popping out the rubber cap/clips and the inner wheel well panels came off, rubbing against my tries and causing smoke. That should be designed a bit more with common parking mishaps in mind.
Geiger and Mark Zinser made it quick and easy to purchase my new Edge, very happy with my experience at Cronin! I have purchased from three different dealerships in the past and Cronin has by far given the best customer service!
I loved the last one so much I bought another one.

Beautiful outside, surprisingly roomy inside. Rides like a dream. So easy to handle. Overall my dream car. And the great gas mileage doesn't hurt my feelings either.

This car has everything I need. It is not too big , but not too small. It runs smooth and quiet. The inside is comfortable. The gauges are easy to read, and all controls are within arms reach. The color is amazing , and I love the look of the car.
Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! As long as he is in the business I will be a client if his and Whitewater motors going forward!!!!

I love this car. I've always been a Volkswagen person, but the last one I owned had a lot of problems. So I went with a Kia Forte and this is a great car. The service department is also terrific. The car is solid, great on gas, comfortable and easy to handle. Oh, and the Ocean Blue color is awesome!
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
I bought several cars from Tara Barnett and she is buy far one of the best sales associates by far. I call her tell her what I want and boom. It’s done. Don’t buy another car unless you use Tara.
