My experience was very good when choosing Route 23 Honda. Although my favorite service person, Poppy, is no longer there I still find it pleasant. The only problem I had is it seems they just don't have enough help at the "busy" times - morning and evening and Saturdays. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable but you could tell they are stressed. I like the sales dept and also the service. I have no further complaints and would continue using them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
All went well with Brian in sales. I previewed the car over the internet on Cars, got a deal sheet by email and drove from Maryland to New York here alll went well Until the business manager was so busy that I waited for an hour + to sign papers. Brian was great but the process took too long. Of course it was Black Friday. The 240 I X Drive is great. Larry

Even after the purchase, Adam has been available and has answered every question I have. The staff at the dealership were very patient even though it was late at night when I purchased the car. I would definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. I am very happy and do not regret purchasing from this dealer.
I had a technical issue with car. Called, made an appointment and had the issue resolved. The service personnel was very courteous, professional and efficient. This is my 2nd car from Sansone and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Hands down the best dealer in the tri-state area???not just of the Mazdas???but of all car dealers! The most friendliest and inviting staff, not a slimy, nor pushy, car slinger in sight!
