I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.
Had my first visit to Southwest Kia, such nice friendly people work there. I left feeling totally confident that my car is going to be taken care of in my new home state of Texas. Even the parts and service director John Scurlock took time out to visit and welcome me.
As most people do, I did not go in intending on buying a vehicle...just look! But they help me look at my different options, and was very patient with my wife and I. I'm not one who gets into a hurry when making any kind of purchase...especially a car. Joe Perez and the Kia team were very good at working to try to win our business. They were not pushy as some salesman are and once we made our decision to buy, it was probably within an hour of us signing the paperwork and were heading home. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Devin our sales guy was great. Followed up and really worked with us on getting the price we could afford. I had a few issues with some minor repairs after the purchase but after some discussions they honored them. The only negative thing was the finance person. He was rude and patronizing and made what was an awesome experience up to that point a bummer. But it wouldn’t keep me from buying from them again. I just wouldn’t go through that guy again.
I had been looking for a Honda CRV with low miles on Carfax and found a 2015 model at a very good price advertised at Southwest Kia Round Rock.. From my initial phone call to inquire about the car to my final signing, the purchase process was the best I've ever experienced. Steve Wheeler, the salaried sales associate, who took care of me was extremely helpful and I was not subjected to any aggressive sales tactics when it came to reviewing warranty options which can be stressful at most dealers. When I picked up the car the following day, it had a full tank of gas and had been beautifully detailed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I saw a vehicle that I liked at this location and called to inquire about getting it transferred closer to me so I can purchase it. They were eager to assist and were able to answer all of my questions. I went to my local Drive Time and they were extremely helpful as well. I purchased a vehicle that I love and thier customer service is excellent. EVERYONE was eager and willing to help. They are definitely a team. I was looking for a used car for my son. I had been hunting for a great deal, but something reliable. Jessie did such a great job outlining the awesome features of the Sonata, she convinced me I needed a car too! Bought my son a beautiful, 2017 red Sonata and got myself a 2019 Santa Fe. Jessie was attentive and thorough, sending me pix and info throughout the process. She also worked with me on the deals where I felt comfortable.
