Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I had an awsome experience at Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City, compared to 3 other car dealers and online car shopping I visited. At MBC, no pressure to buy, friendly atmosphere, and understanding from Mr. Corky Franklin, Mr. Brad Witmer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Mike Miller. Bought a car from the folks from Nationwide today and starting from my initial contact with the internet sales rep (Marcus), the salesman (Jimi T. Parker) and ending with the finance rep (Scott), it is an easy and dare I say it, enjoyable experience (I've had a harder time finding the right drill at Home Depot). If I had to list complaints it would be that management should take mercy on their staff and (1) give them a break from the constant barrage of Christmas music and (2) replace the men's bathroom!
Was greeted with pleasantness by a young man ( sorry I failed to get his name), who introduced me Larry who handled everything from that point on with pleasantness also.
