I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The process went pretty smooth. I was given some options to choose from as I requested. Overall they gave me 4 to make my decision from. The only thing that I want fully pleased with was receiving a vehicle that was on empty. Other than that I'm happy with the service and vehicle I recieved.

Best buying experience I have had. Tyler Hicks was amazing to work with. Very patient and very thorough. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered. The whole staff was amazing. Closed everything quickly with Richie Tudor in finance with no problems. This is my new home when shopping for vehicles. I will be back guys....good job!!!

I came to Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda just to see if what I would qualify for. I was greeted by very welcoming and nice staff! I had been contacted beforehand by Troy Owen's over the phone. He was a very well spoken and nice guy. I came in the following day to meet with him personally to fill out some paperwork. I was approved for a few vehicles but told him that I wanted to think about it before I made a big decision. He told me to look at the inventory he had on the website. About two days later I came across a car that I just instantly liked. I contacted him about it and the very next day he had me in it driving off the lot! Not to mention that this was a first-time car buying experience for me. I never would have thought I would have been this comfortable making such a big decision but Troy definitely help me with that! I would recommend this dealership to anybody!
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
Jim Greenberg really took care of me & answered my questions. Manager Shane was so professional & courteous. Thank you Dion for making the numbers work for me. I felt very relaxed & not like I was being tricked. This was the best car purchase I've ever had & I highly recommend this team to everyone wanting to be treated right!! Thanks all of you!!!
