I went with a car in mind that I had found online. Leroy was awesome from the start. Helped me find the car and never pressured me to look at anything I didn???t want to. I came in to purchase a 2015 BMW 228i at the Colo. Springs location. Mark Riopelle and Steven Hicks helped me with the purchase. The car was in beautiful condition and the test drive with Steven confirmed I was making the right choice. The only concern was a check engine light. Their in-house tech confirmed it was a temperature sensor code. We all assumed it was a simple warranty issue (and because the car was still under warranty, no big deal). Of course, after purchasing the car, I was anxious to get it checked out and repaired. I went to my local BMW dealer where I got good news and bad news. The problem was simple: a severed wire to the sensor (probably a critter). However, that's not a warranty issue. The repair cost $350. Here's where Echo Park shined. They took full responsibility for the repair cost. That action shows real integrity, a rare commodity in the retail car business.
