If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. Ron, in service, was very helpful and attentive when it came to repairing my son’s car. The cost of replacing my son‘s backup camera was excessive (over $900) And I know I overpaid for that. But because it was my son‘s car, I just wanted the job done. But , that still doesn’t take away from the professionalism of Ron. He even helped me get a couple hundred dollars off their initial price. And he got me out the a two hours that was promised. The prices of service are little exorbitant at this location. That alone would make me find an ultimate source for my service and repairs. As for Ron and the Mike’s in service, they will take care of you.
