Enjoyed it for 3 years and turned it in. Could not find anything for the money that compared to the K900 so I bought a never titled dealer luxury model. Flying to up to Chicago the drive it to Florida next week. Have owned BMW, Audi and others but the Kia delivers a great and reliable car without breaking the bank. It maybe not quite a Lexus LS but comes close for a lot less money.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
This car is a luxury sleeper with comfort.

top speed is 149 and it gets there in a flash from 60 mph its like 8-10 seconds feels like your doing 90 in a normal car. its a highway cruiser.
if you turn the ignition on without hitting the brake then shut the traction control off. then press the brake then start the car. the nanny computer is as close to off as you can get. then hit sport mode. this car turns into a beast. 13 second 1/4 car all day long. the stereo is phenomenal. 49 psi cold in the tires and it will handle. 32-35 psi and you can barely feel the road. your choice. late for work this thing will get you there. cruising on the way home you'll forget about your day.
this vehicle is the ultimate commuter car. make sure you get one with the VIP package. 360' cameras, heads-up display, rear reclining seats, soft close doors, headrest restraint system etc.
pick up a used one for under $30,000 with low miles.
You want to enjoy driving again get one of these cars.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Large car. Lots of interior space. Nicely appointed. Rides very smooth. Competes with the European guys very well. I would recommend this car. Drives well hwy and city.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.

This vehicle is extremely nice lot of power and so good looking gas mileage is good, waiting for the new K900 2019 could use Michelins Tires
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I wanted a big comfortably riding sedan and the K900 delivers in spades. Very quiet. Don't care about the KIA badge and in fact, prefer to be "under the radar." So far just over 1k miles so reliability with all the gizmos on it is yet to be tested. Solid and well built. Repeat: SMOOTH quiet ride is a joy!
After I was low balled by KBB, I decided to sell my car privately. Carvana made me a fair market value price. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable. I truly recommend them.

I bought the 2015 V8 with the VIP package with 28k miles for $28k. The interior design and technology are amazing. It can easily contend with the highest end luxury competitors. There is a big different between the base and the VIP though; not many VIP packages available. The engine is powerful, but the handling is not made to be sporty. It reminds me of the type of car an executive would drive, or be driven in. My least favorite aspect is the exterior styling, which is not bad, but doesn’t turn heads.
