Bill Devine, as always, greeted me as I entered and got my car ready for service. He provided excellent information. In addition, the communication is top notch as is the quality fo work. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great service and an honest assessment that my Soul???s brakes were fine and did not need replacing yet. I know plenty of dealers where service will push customers to do replacements ahead of when they???re needed.
I went to a few dealerships before shopping at Commonwealth Kia. I'm glad I listened to the funny commercials to shop them last. Xavier , my sales person made everything so easy. He knew what car I wanted and all the features. One of the nicest low pressure sales person I have came across. I love my Niro and I couldn't picture myself driving anything else. Josh and Eric were awesome making all the paper work a breeze. I would never go any where else but Commonwealth motors. I will send anyone that needs a car to Commonwealth!

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
My Experience at commonwealth motors was great! They helped my pick a car that suited my needs and fit my personality. Everyone I met there was welcoming and kind, I didn???t feel forced to purchase a car there but drove away happy with a car I can call mine.
Felt respected and had all my questions explained so that I understood what was happening with my car repair. Gary made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back I know he will take care of me.. Real friendly and helpful environment
Professional and courteous. Despite a problem that was well beyond their control, they not only came through with what i needed, but went beyond and compensated me for a problem that was not their fault. As a disabled American, that goes a long way and says a lot. If you go to these guys, you will not be disappointed.
