The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
I found a great car -The Forte - for a really amazing price on a 3 year lease. It has everything you want and the monthly payments are lower than comparable vehicles at other dealerships of conpetitors.
This place is so good that I will never go anywhere else- from Sales to Front Desk to Service and Customer Pick-ups the day of service...They continue to impress me and far exceed expectations in every way! Thank you!
Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
Albert was the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with and I sincerely mean that. I had my 8 year old son with me and he was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I’m very used to feeling pushed and pressured when car shopping but I did not feel that way at all. Jamall the finance manager was very understanding that my son was with me so he helped to expedite the process and get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.
Very friendly when searching inventories and showed mind to help to find good car. After few negotiations, reached good deal. All processes were fast and accurate. Recommend to talk to John when visit this dealer.

Both my sister and I purchased new vehicles on the same day as well as trade in our old Kias. Long story short, Kia owes us both reimbursement for money that was over paid on the previous vehicles. It's been well over a month and a half and we have yet to get our promised reimbursement. Terry, the man who handles the finance is always busy or will always give us a call back or is always in the process of contacting someone who will know more. He always tries to hand off our cases to someone else. I've even asked for the owner to call me back and I'm still waiting for said call back. I've been with Kia for over 5 years and never had a problem until now. The service department is great, Ernesto and Chris are great, but finance is the worse. Hopefully they can find someone who's a bit more qualified and has a better personality that can handle better customer service.

Amazing service experience....This is my second Kia, both leased from Yonkers Kia. After mediocre buying experience and horrible service experience to fix issues with new vehicle, gave White Plains Kia a shot for 6-month/3,000 mile service....Appointment scheduling was a piece of cake, check-in was easy and pleasant, waiting area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Approx. 90 minutes for service was amazing! Will definitely bring back in the future!

My mom was driving an old Toyota and it died. I took her to South Shore Kia and assured her she will be getting the best service and have a great experience. . I know this because I walked in a month ago to buy myself a car, and I was so happy with everything. Nicky G, the manager gave me his cellphone number last month when I was buying my car and said If I need anything at all.. call him. I called him yesterday, told him the situation and he said come in, I can help you find the best deal. Jesse and Nicky G helped me last month with my car, so we went back to them this time. Jesse showed us cars, worked with our budget and was so honest. Nicky G, worked out the numbers and made she we were getting a great deal. The service here is phenomenal and I recommend this dealership to everyone.
