Service was the usual, exceptional. Used car I bought was clean inside, exterior in v.g. shape the MGR, Mr. Ashley, was courteous and knowledgeable and took care to explain the features of the vehicle.. I helped my son in buying the car, I presenntly lease a Cadenza from this Bev Smith location.
Andrew Matthews in service was exceptional. I had a car that was in a garage for three years and his team had it up and running in just a few days. His communication throughout the process was awesome.
i love your service dept. jerry always goes above and beyond...to help me with my special needs. this is my 2nd car with kia and i stayed because of the service dept. i keep hearing horror stories of toyota or ford..i tell all my friend you should go to kia. infact since if been work here at stuart lodge 5 other employees have purchased kia's.... all very happy

The service department is always a pleasure to do business with. The work was done before the promised time and the car always comes back cleaned and looking great. I also appreciate the shuttle service provided. Jerry "service advisor" always explains the bill and is always very clear on what needs to be done and what has been done.
