I absolutely love the way this dealership and my personal salesman dealt with me. With my less than perfect credit and little down payment, available, they were able to get me into a car that I LOVE! They don't work for commission, so the pressure to sell me something high priced and not what I really want was immediately missing from our dealings. The salesman listened to me and allowed me to choose the vehicle I wanted. My afternoon felt more like spending the day with an old friend than it did a business transaction. They even gave me a dozen roses when I left! I'd probably still be married if my husband had treated me as well as I was treated at Royal Kia, lol. I would and have been recommending them to everyone. I LOVE my KIA! Thank you Royal Kia and Everett for restoring my faith in honest car sales!!! You all ROCK!

Car taken in to service at appointment time. Bian explaind everything to me, including estimated time of completion. He saw me twice during the process and updated me both times. I made the trip from Marana past the Kia dealer on Wetmore whom I have used before but when I called their service department, the phone rang until it eventually disconnected. Five times! I called Royal and the phone was answered on the second ring. I will drive the extra miles for this service.
Best experience we???ve had! Awesome customer service!

Jesus was very courteous, personable and made the experience very memorable. Everything was very transparent and in black and white. The price for the trade in and the car were reasonable and the customer service was excellent!
Juan Vazquez was our sales rep, and he was fantastic. He put us at ease right away, and answered our questions in a low pressure and straightforward way. The experience was so good we returned to him shortly after leasing a car for my wife to buy a used car for me. Thank you Juan and the rest of the Royal Kia team for such a great experience!
I leased a car last Thursday and bought a used car today, both from Juan Vazquez. We thoroughly enjoyed both experiences with Juan. We were at a Toyota dealership, and bolted to go see Juan. Kia???s lease is super easy, you know the buy out price before you sign. The used purchase was a no brained, they had a better car that we wanted for a lower price. Couldn???t be happier, and the lifetime warranty at Royal makes buying used fear free. I have worked with both managers, they were friendly and kind.
I can???t tell you how AMAZING my experience has been with Jesus Camargo!! Never have I ever met a salesman so great. I have been screwed over buying a car more than once and Jesus has made me feel so relaxed. I was treated so well my entire process. Doing everything they could to make sure I had everything I needed without having to put much effort in myself. The Monday after I purchased my car I received a video message from Jesus wishing I made it home safe and that my husband was just in love with the car. Then I received a hardwood plac in the mail with our photo on it. What dealership ever takes the time do that! He calls me periodically to make sure everything is going okay. I honestly could not be happier with my choice!! . I highly recommend them to anyone!!
