This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

2023 Niro SX HEV is my 2nd Niro. I purchased this a a Certified Pre-owned car with 14,400 miles on it. It now has 22,000 trouble free miles. The CPO warranty is the same as new car warranty. I appreciate the size, utility, comfort and fuel economy (52 mpg ave with 90% of miles in city). My 1st Niro was a 2019 PHEV which I was very happy with. It had two electrical issues, both were covered under warranty with no problem. I traded up to the 2nd generation Niro for the increased room and improved comfort over the 1st generation. I didn't get a PHEV the 2nd time around because I don't put many miles on the car and financially it made more sense to get the HEV rather than the PHEV after the Fed tax credit expired. Very happy with both Niros and recommend them for anyone wanting a comfortable, well equipped hybrid or PHEV.

I just bought a new Kia Niro Hybrid from Pomona Kia and I am thrilled with the car and impressed by the Pomona Kia staff. I was greeted by Tristin as I walked in the door and we discussed my needs (Hybrid) he showed me the Niro and a Sportage. The Sportage is amazing but just too big. During my test drive I absolutely fell in love with what would become my new car. It was late and I was getting cranky so I told Tristin we had to finish the sale and paperwork on the next day. Next day I walked into the sales office. Tristin had the day off. I worked with Joe (totally amazing) and I told him I wanted to buy the car and to give me the total price and final numbers that will get me out the door. The only extras I wanted were the interior and exterior protection coating and extended warranty. After a few minutes Joe came out with my numbers and all that was left was to agree on the term of the loan. Next stop was the finance guy. Traditionally I have dreaded dealing with the finance guy because of all the services they try to get you to buy. Not at Kia Pomona. Finance manager was friendly and did everything he could to get my paperwork quickly finished. The Niro already had the exterior and interior protection. All that was left was the extended warranty. Joe quoted me a middle protection level price. Finance showed me the difference between the middle of the road and the premium policy. Premium had better protection and didn’t cost much more so I went with that. 90 minutes and 3,000 signatures on sales documents later I drove home in a spectacular new car. I was extra pleased because I felt I got a fair price and got to work with some amazing people who made sure I was getting the correct car at the best possible rice.

Kia Niro EX Touring, 2023. About one year since purchase. Can't beat the gas mileage! About 54-55 MPG. Love the interior seat material. Comfortable and easy to clean. No issues whatsoever. Performance is good, with nice acceleration. Smooth drive. Trying to think of cons.... Overpriced. Should be $4Kish less. Shiny parts of console and dash show dust too easily. It would be nice to have a bit more cargo space, but that was known when I bought it. Occasionally the seat belt notification sounds off erroneously, but I don't know why.

Had mine 2024 E X touring since 111/30/22 Good gas mileage 54 city 42 Highway . Have 15,000 and no issues rides nice and quiet Not a fan of the GPS half of the street names does not show up on the map

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
