Great job getting me out of my lease with little negative equity and into a beautiful 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The salesman Jim Kelly is a pro and a straight shooter, he cares about his customers and the vehicle he is selling. Only con is the high interest rate you must accept to make the deal, but you can refinance with your own bank, small inconvenience for the great deal I received. I highly recommend Jim Kelly and this dealer.

I bought this brand new in September of 15'. I still very much enjoy driving it wherever I go. It's ease of use on the gadgets and driving make this a pleasant ride. There are a few flaws that are minor such as the brakes, low passenger seat and headroom getting in and out. But the value well exceeds those minor peeves. It's good looking, roomy, fuel efficient and easy to drive.
I've had new cars since every couple of years and this was the best experience we had. I got what I wanted no haggling. We were in and out when signing the papers. I highly recommend going to Smithtown Kia.

It performs phenomenal drive like u are hovering on clouds picks up quick and inside or lord it’s like I’m driving something foriegn and the pano moon roof oh it’s to die for heated steering wheel I just wish it had remote start that would be the real cherry on top

I love the car for the price and performance with the super low miles was the Best Buy for my buck. Got the most amenities and safety features I wanted plus some at the price I could afford
I was in the market for a new crossover vehicle and went to several dealerships in the area. I decided on pursuing a Kia soul because the customer service provided by this dealership was fantastic. They answered all of my questions and the process was very easy. I could not be any happier with my purchase and will absolutely be referring my friends and family here to Smithtown Chia .My sales representative was Alex and I really appreciate all of his hard work and effort into making this process as easy as possible. He did a great job and I???m very grateful.
i had been looking for a decent used car for weeks and did not have very good luck, and when i did i was turned down. i came to this lot and found a chevy sonic for a very reasonable price and it was in great condition. Craig and Joanne both worked with me and did they're absolute best to get me the best deal that they could, which mind you was a lot better than any deal i got anywhere else. i told them what i made and what i was capable of spending and they took it from there. they made it as easy for me as they possibly could. the entire staff was incredibly nice and very respectful. very professional, when i got there i was immediately seen by Craig i did not have to wait at all, which was a first for me, im used to walking around a dealership for 30 minutes and not having someone even bat an eye at me. every customer there was being taken care of, there was no one being unattended. the place was clean and neat and very comforting, there was water, a snack machine / drink machine, made things comfortable while i was waiting (not for very long) there isnt a single bad thing i can say about this establishment or the people that work there. i recommend this place to all my friends and family. if you are looking to buy a car old or new it would be silly not to check these guys out. ask for Craig or Joanne very nice people and they will help you find what you are looking for.

My new Kia Optima is my dream car! It is excellent on gas mileage, drives very well, has an awesome sound system, which is very important to me. I would highly recommend this vehicle for future purchases.
Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ... I will absolutely be back and referring my friends!

Both my sister and I purchased new vehicles on the same day as well as trade in our old Kias. Long story short, Kia owes us both reimbursement for money that was over paid on the previous vehicles. It's been well over a month and a half and we have yet to get our promised reimbursement. Terry, the man who handles the finance is always busy or will always give us a call back or is always in the process of contacting someone who will know more. He always tries to hand off our cases to someone else. I've even asked for the owner to call me back and I'm still waiting for said call back. I've been with Kia for over 5 years and never had a problem until now. The service department is great, Ernesto and Chris are great, but finance is the worse. Hopefully they can find someone who's a bit more qualified and has a better personality that can handle better customer service.
