On a Sunday I inquired about a used car Byers Kia was showing on line. By 8:00 I had two responses. Jared, the first response was the salesperson I worked with. I drove up from Cincinnati on Monday morning. The entire staff was great to work with. They offered me a fair trade in. We agree on a price for the new car. The transaction was quick and I drove the car new car him that day. Thank you Jared!!!!
I had scheduled an appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was told it will take a little over an hour but it was ready and washed in around 30 minutes. I am completely satisfied with service at Byers KIA.
I walked into the dealership for a particular vehicle. Upon being greeted by whom ended up being my salesman, Bill Green, I told them exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The team immediately went to work trying to meet my needs. I was asking for a large discount on the marked price and they came extremely close. Close enough that it was within my budgets wiggle room. I was happy enough with that and liked the vehicle so I purchased it. The only complaint I have is the vehicle I purchased is a high performance vehicle and the tires on the car are in need of replacement. I of course tried to work this this into the deal but they were unwilling. So after spending over $25k for a used vehicle, I have to spend an additional $1200+ for new tires (they are bad enough the car won't stay straight in the rain).
Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Much shorter than anticipated.
This is the way car buying should be! No pressure, lots of information, no “let me talk to my manager” games. Sarah was professional and answered all our questions, even the ones we forgot to ask! The cars I looked at were terrific, and all had warranties on the engine and drive train, low mileage, and great prices. I bought a great car, and I think I’ve found my one-stop car shop!
We were recommend Byers by a teller at our credit agency after having an annoying experience at another dealership. We went in and worked with Tony who took great care of us. They pulled a car for us from another lot in their network since they didn't have what we were looking for in stock and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
It was a far better experience than heading to the other dealerships who tried to cajole us into using their credit options rather than going with the ones we had already set up. We didn't feel pressured here and had a very good experience.

Was having such a hard time getting a vehicle & something that I liked. This place was awesome & the people were great! They worked very hard to help me. I will be going here for any service the vehicle may need as well as future purchases..
The staff was awesome. It was my neices first car purchase. They were very fair on the price and there was no pressure to buy. The salesmen took a lot of time explaining things to her. The car was still under warranty and a factory warranty part had to be fixed. We went to a large chevy dealership where they tried to tell My niece she needed a part fixed before they would honor the factory warranty on another part. It was going to cost around $700.00 She called wheels to let them know what the dealership told her. They changed the part that really didn't need changed. It looked like new. Tots cost of the part $60.00 Wheels then told her they would take the car to the dealership and have the warranty part fixed. She is very happy with her 2013 chevy Cruze.
Recently bought a used car and it surprisingly was a great experience. The salesperson was friendly and honest. However, my car did not have a place for my front license plate. The service department did an excellent job. It was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.
Clean/modern waiting area with free refreshments. I was able to work via the free wifi on my computer while my car was being serviced. Service Adviser Heather was knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions.
I have contacted them in numerous occasions about the 2002 Toyota Tacoma. For $ 5,999. I have the 5000 still trying to get the 900.00 I have heard from them about what they would do about coming down on the price so I'm still in limbo. But they have contacted me appeared to be pleasant people.
Wow! I have and will recommend this place to everyone I can. This was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Fast process with our 2 kids was a huge plus for us. Had a play room available car was already up front for a test drive and every single employee met us at the door to introduce themselves. All I can say is WOW!
We were looking for an all wheel drive 3rd row suv on a tight budget. The salesman brought us in, took our info, and budget info, and offered us 2 vehicles on the lot, and offered to find us one if we didn't like what was on the lot. We found and purchased our vehicle from the lot, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. All employees were respectful, and kind. They made the purchase easy and quick. We are very appreciative of bowman automotive and staff. Highly recommend. They treat you right.
