We were there for hours because we weren???t exactly sure what we wanted, but they were all very patient with us and let us test drive many different vehicles until we were finally happy enough to settle on one. Everyone that we spoke with was very friendly and very helpful
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Usually after a sale, the salesman is no longer interested (or available) for the problems of his customer. However, I must say Trajce provided EXCELLENT service and care for me dealing with three different problems that I created in the pouring rain on the dealership’s lot, 17 days after the purchase of my new Optima. All ended well as he assured me it would! He was great!
I would have given you a higher score except for one major issue I had with you guys. I received the survey right after picking up my car, which thankfully for you guys got fixed. This I truly appreciated. But for five days straight I received a phone call from you guys after receiving my survey. The phone call was reminding me to take the survey. I can not tell you how annoying it was. I understand you would appreciate my review but calling me continuously is not the way to get me to fill it out. I am not going to stop coming to you guys but I would appreciate if you guys would not do that next time.
