I bought my first new car here. Carlos was wonderful. He did the best in getting me into a car I loved. I felt very comfortable and I was very satisfied. Juan did the financing part and was great. Thank you first national for geting me into a car that I didn't think I could get.
Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.

I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
So I had to haggle to no end to get the trade in value was worth what my trade in WAS worth. The sales man didn't know how to work nearly anything in the car. I also think I forgot my garage door opener in my trade in when I asked they said they would have to look but it probably wasn't...which I'm sure they noticed at some point and couldn't even give me a courtesy call?
I talked to this dealership on the phone before I drove the 3 hours to get there and the salesman was very friendly and gave me a lot of info then I drove there the next day and ended up buying from them I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car they were very nice and courteous and I’m sure I will go back again
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My friend/brother Mike Jones suggested I get a car at KIA mainly because he could help me get a car and he and everyone at KIA did mike also had others trying to get me the best deal possible and they did just that I'll keep going back to KIA for all my vehicle needs and everybody there is very friendly and very helpful thank you Mike and everyone at KIA
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
KIA of Renton has it going on. Their staff were very attentive and helpful making sure we were well informed, satisfied and happy with the 2017 KIA Candenza we purchased. Certainly affordability and value come to mind when most think of KIA. However we were pleasantly surprised with respect to the quality of their offerings as well. They've made some nice strides forward in this regard. We're very happy with our decision and the service we received at KIA Renton.
