From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.
Went in on a whim to see what they had to offer not expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I told them what I had to work with, and they put me in a car I liked and with a nice monthly payment. I was in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
The salespeople at this dealership were courteous, honest and did not waste any of my time during the process of our leasing of a new Kia. Other dealerships could certainly learn a lesson in how to properly treat a prospective customer, as I truly believe they did a phenomenal job!

The tension and process of purchasing any vehicle at a dealership could be overwhelming but DiFeo Kia made it easy and treated my wife and I as family. I was greeted by Al Angelo and he was "the best"!! Al introduced to much of the staff and they were wonderful! I feel finally..... Very family oriented establishment, employees were friendly, patient, and courteous. Process was easy and I didn’t feel pressured. No hidden or unnecessary additions to cost. Visited over fifteen dealerships and this was where we purchased from, simply based on the experience. Salesman Jeff Smith, Larry Gorin, and Sales Manager Tom McClellan Jr. made the process extremely easy. Alleviate the stress of buying a car and let these guys handle it, you will not regret it.
When I started to walk into your dealership a couple of days ago, you helped me with the door. I'm saying to myself, "Who is this guy?" I had just come from a bad situation down the road and was loaded for bear. But once we got inside, you introduced yourself and we had a conversation about what had recently transpired. I don't want to mention the brand because the people at their dealership were at that dealership were under orders from corporate. Suffice it to say that we couldn't come to an agreement. I call my brother, who had recently purchased a Kia at Matt Blatt in Ocean County and he was rather high on the brand. I just didn't know. I had previously leased a Hyundai and liked it. He told me that it was the same company. So I agreed to take a look. Santino, you made the whole process a breeze. It always seems to take forever to get me into my next car. But this time It took around half the time and with half the hassle. The other folks I came in contact with were great. Especially the lady in the office who made me sign my life away. Oops, just kidding. Overall, leasing my new Kai Sportage was much less painless than expected. And It took a lot less time too. My thanks to you and your diligent efforts. Last Wednesday evening my wife and I went into the Manahawkin Kia dealership. 45 minutes later we bought our new car. Jo Bohner was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We told him how much of a monthly budget we had and he found us a great car that fit our needs. I strongly recommend Manahawkin Kia and Joe. Five Stars.
If you buy a Sportage from them, make sure that it comes with a spare. Unfortunately ours did not which we found out to our dismay on a trip in Florida. Any car which we had purchased previously from Toyota or Honda always did. I would have thought it would have been included for a purchase price of $ 25,000.
Overall good experience. Friendly salesman. Felt like I was treated fairly.
