Top Notch Service at Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
My family has been using North End motors to buy the cars for our family members for years now. It is always a great experience from start to finish. We always reach out to work with John Fernandes every time we go. He truly listens and pays attention to detail when you describe what you???re looking for, goes over all questions you might have and you never feel pressured to purchase. He definitely puts the customer first to make sure they are happy and get what they need as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend!
Danny Jordan could not have made our car buying experience any easier. He was professional, patient and never once put on any pressure. We are thrilled with the experience we had at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. James Lewis made the paperwork portion of our purchase a breeze. He explained every detail about the financing and warranty but did not push us to purchase anything we were not comfortable with.
I called a couple dealerships before coming across Drum Hill Autos. I spoke with John. He answered my call after hours and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
I came to the dealership the following day, test drove the vehicle and ultimately made the purchase.
I did NOT have to pay Mass sales tax and John personally delivered the vehicle to me in NH.

Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
Avon Auto had exactly the vehicle I had been searching weeks for at a price that was more than fair, especially compared to other listings. On top of this, Mike who worked with me upon arrival was more than helpful and made the buying process as smooth as it could be. Overall: 10 /10, would buy again.
Kelly Jeep in Methuen has that largest inventory in the area & the purchasing process could have been easier or smoother. We were treated fairly & without any pressure to buy. Our Sales rep, Phil Prieur was extremely knowledgable & able to patiently walk us through the various Jeep models & options, making our ability to make an informed choice very easy. I would highly recommend working with Kelly Jeep in Methuen & especially with Phil Prieur.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
An amendment to my feedback last week. McGee Preowned reached out to me regarding my experience with my purchase. They apologized and did try to make it right. I appreciate their concern for their customers to have a positive experience and their follow through on this is an example of that. Thumbs up, and thank you.
