The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. We purchased (2) more vehicles for our business from Koons recently. They coordinated our van upfit with our outside vendor, and coordinated the paperwork to make for a seemless and expeditious buying process. Pricing was agressive and the Ben & Dave worked hard to get us the deal we needed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I came in on a Monday morning enjoyed great customer service from Yevgen, he allowed me to be in control of my experience. They were very patient and offered me coffee and didn???t force anything. This team was very upfront and did extra by keeping me informed on the process and procedures. I would recommend Yassine or Yevgen when purchasing a vehicle from this particular location.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle from Len Stoler Ford. I have purchased Dodge trucks for the past 28 years and after a less than ideal experience at the Dodge dealership across the street we stopped at Len Stoler Ford and boy are we happy we did. My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
The customer service at Toyota of Bowie is unbelievably amazing. The management and sales staff CARE about you! Especially when there is a salesman like FAYYAZ KHAN. He work with you to ensure you are able to get a car that is safe, reliable, and within your budget!

I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and when I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going back to do business with them again. I cannot reiterate enough how fortunate I feel having found this place.
I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
Came back for another vehicle from T. A. Since I purchased before they gave me an even better deal this time. Have referred friends and trust auto showed great appreciation. Salesman David made the transaction smooth both times, not at the dealer all day like my past experiences.
Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.

Anthony Witherspoon was a phenomenal salesman. I met him two years ago and he advised me that it wasn???t the best time for me to buy a vehicle. Most salesmen would push you to purchase a vehicle by any means necessary. I appreciated his honesty and I knew when I was ready to buy my next Honda, I would give him the sale. He did not disappoint! I drove off in my 2018 Honda Accord with a payment that was well within my means!
