I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
Jim West is more than a salesman, he really cares about finding just the right car for his customer., and doesn't pressure you into buying a car 'on that day' like some others we've encountered. If you want a caring, friendly person to help you find a car, Jim is the guy. We are really happy with the car he located for us!
The vehicles all look brand new on the outside and interior. The prices are great. My only suggestion is to have the car checked independently before buying it. I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first on had a the side mirror signal go bad a week or so after purchase. No way they could have known that beforehand. The 2nd car, my wife got stranded because the battery was bad and the mechanic said it didn't look like the correct one for the vehicle. I also had to replace all the tires after a month and the front brakes are only "a couple months from needing replaced" too. All told, the tires, brakes and battery cost me about $1200, but I probably saved more than that because it was sold much cheaper than anywhere else, so it's a give and take here.
David Montes made my situation a breeze - buying a car from 1000 miles away and showing up at the dealership with bags in hand ready for a new car could have been a nightmare, but David made the entire situation easy and stress free. I had an opportunity to buy a car elsewhere and chose Courtesy because of the work and help David did for my situation. Awesome job!
This is my first experience with Century Kia. I dealt with Paul, a service manager I would rate as A plus. His courtesy and professional attitude made my visit pleasant. They thoroughly inspected the car (2014 Sorento), which only needed a new battery. Even so, they had a look at my brakes and my cooling and air systems. I had them replace my windshield wipers and my air conditioning filter. There was no attempt to pressure me into buying what I did not need. The entire experience took less than two hours. They served refreshments. They kept me informed. They even hand washed my car. I live more than 25 miles away and had my car towed to their facility rather than having it taken to a less reputable Kia dealership located only three minutes from my home. I’m certainly glad for that decision. Century has become my Kia dealership and the service department is first rate.
I have a 2005 Mazda and needed an honest repair shop. My a/c stopped working and I was told by another repair shop it would cost me $1,500 to repair! ABC looked at it and said they could fix it for $300! They did!!!!
All my concerns were investigated ald taken care of....as well as more ! Then all was explained to me so I could understand what happened and wht and how it was solved. Thanks!!
