I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. Don't go anywhere else! I bought a 2017 Kia Forte Ex and they gave me the best deal around working with Maya the Internet Sales Supervisor. She matched the price of another competing dealer and they had the color of the car that I was looking for.Only two dealers had this color in all of southern California and Kia of downtown LA gave me the best deal. Mike M. did all of the leg work in helping me get my car at the dealership and he was very helpful and informative.Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with everyone there and well worth driving an hour to get to the dealership.
I think the sales man Jose was so great at helping us test drive and literally made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in. The sales person however i wasn't too happy with, i felt all he cared about was making a sale and after his constant calls were super annoying.
it turns out that they didnt have the car that was posted on cars.com. that seems to be a trend to keep a breadth of car types even if the car is gone because it gets people to dealership? dont know for sure
We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
William Ryee and Tony were very helpful finding a Sorento with everything we wanted. William really worked with us to negotiate a price within our budget. We got a great car at a price better than we could ever have expected. Our family has purchased a lot cars from many places, and this was one of the best experiences. I went in just to look around to see if i can trade in my car. At the end i left with a new year kia optima. They worked around my budget. The only thing is i did not come home with mats in my car i went back again and still i had to purchase my own mats. One thing that bugged me since it was a new car and no matts? Overall good dealer good sales people since i was being picky they tried their best to satisfy me by giving me the car i wanted.
