My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
Where do I even begin? From the very first moment my family and I walked in to purchase my new car, we were greeted with smiling faces and helpful employees. Their willingness to work with us was amazing. Their patience? THE BEST. I never once felt pressured into buying a car, unlike other places we visited. Brad and Chad were both very great and kind. My family was so impressed they said when they want a new car Lou Sobh Kia is where they're going to go!
This dealership was extremely good to do business with. All employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. They provided answers to all questions and showed us all the inventory we were interested in buying. There was no pressure from the salesman of the management team.
Easy appointments, clean, comfortable waiting area. Repairs were performed timely and future needs of the car discussed without pressure. Reasonable rate charged and car was washed and lightly vacuumed before delivery to the front door for my access. A pleasant one and half hour stay at Carriage KIA.
Have been a customer for at least 2 Forte's
and 2 Optimas. Became aware of Kia several years ago when a friend having no luck finding a vehicle. They treated us well and bought a used Forte. It ran well and gave my friend no problems what so ever.
Time came I decided to buy. All have been good to me. Service also has been excellent and body repair excellent to.
Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
After having a bad experience at another kia dealership , i came across an absolute angel .Annaise Morning she was able to do in 24hrs what the other dealership fail to deliver in over a week.Her positive attitude and great energy made the sale .Alan in the finance department was very good also. Great team
Overall I had a good experience; however, the process took more time than I had and I had told my salesperson I was on a schedule, which really took points off on my buying experience.
