Amazing service experience....This is my second Kia, both leased from Yonkers Kia. After mediocre buying experience and horrible service experience to fix issues with new vehicle, gave White Plains Kia a shot for 6-month/3,000 mile service....Appointment scheduling was a piece of cake, check-in was easy and pleasant, waiting area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Approx. 90 minutes for service was amazing! Will definitely bring back in the future!

Sales dealership down the street from service is nice. Check in process is broken. Appointment made automatically by Kia and sent via email not good. Coupon said CarWash included. Just a step below other car service I’ve become accustomed to

Sam, the salesman greeted me at the door. He wasn’t pushy, made me feel real comfortable, and knew everything about the car. Even what he didn’t know, he was quick to research the answer to my question. He was honest, and didn’t try to rob me. I got the exact deal I wanted and didn’t feel like I was forced into anything!!
