We ended up not buying a car through Sweeney, but not because of anything they did - we were looking for a pre-owned car in a brand they don’t generally sell. They had one on the lot and Michael Meyer answered all my questions and was really helpful, but the timing didn’t work out on my part. We ended up buying a certified pre-owned from that brands dealer, but we will definitely keep Sweeney in mind for future car purchases!

i used this car for a while and it's smooth on the road and the abilities that car gives me shocked me .. eco mode is impressive.
I have worked in the car business for the past 9 years so I'm very critical when it comes to the car buying experience. I almost didn't buy from them because I was apprehensive because of their review rating. However, the deal on the vehicle was worth trying Jake Sweeney out and I'm very happy with my experience with them. My sales person was Brent and he was a straight shooter, very thorough, and an excellent communicator; which is qualities you want in a sales person. The finance manager was DJ, he had the same great qualities as Brent, was not pushy about warranties, and got us in and out in a good amount of time. There is nothing worse than having the car buying experience soak up your whole day, and with them I was in and out under two hours. DJ also got me a fantastic rate on my SUV, my insurance company's APR quote was almost double what DJ got me.
I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jake Sweeney. I got a great deal, had an awesome experience with the staff, they have strong financing available, and they are respectful of your time.

We had a 2015 Optima LX, but updated at the dealer's insistence to a 2018 Optima EX. Loved our old car, but this one is all the more sporty and impressive. Being disabled, I love the easy access memory seat. Too bad it's only available on the driver's side. 2 years free maintenance and the warranties alone make this car worth it, especially since I can't do the work myself anymore.
I will start by saying that Brian in Fiat service is WONDERFUL he is always attentive and available to answer any questions. I went in for an oil change and headlight repair. While waiting I started browsing cars and met Pete. Pete was initially attentive and discussed with me purchasing a new car. I advised Pete that I was upside-down in my current loan. Pete said that I may qualify for a certified new car. I picked out a car and it went downhill from there, Pete became distracted by phone calls, visiting customers, and another customer that he had left on the lot. I suggested to another sales person that he should take over with me and let Pete deal with everyone else. Pete then advised me that I would only receive 1 hard inquiry on my credit report I then should him where Equifax had already notified me of 3 inquiries. He then said that my Husband needed to be present so I should come back, I advised him that my spouse did not need to be present so he eventually obtained permission via text from my spouse. Then he made me feel that I should have $5000 to put as a downpayment after I told him that it was $500. Then he told me that finance had 5 other loans that he was working on (hmmm i did not see any other customers) and again I should come back (i get the feeling he is trying to get rid of me) finally he said that he would also need paystubs- I told him this was not the first time I have purchased a car and they do not need paystubs until the end. I finally gave up and left. As a side note there was 1 finance person in the office and several of the sales people were going into the office to discuss personal business, perhaps if they left him alone he would have gotten more accomplished.
A surprise overlooked

The interior space is surprising compared to its sleek exterior design. Way more head and leg room from my previous nissan altima. She handles very well, great braking and very strong acceleration in sport mode. Very great on gas as well which is a definite plus.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Cannot talk highly enough about my experience here. I dealt with the owner Ric, and Morgan. Both were extremely courteous and I felt zero pressure. Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.
This is my 3'rd Kia Optima an they are great cars.

I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.
Strongly recommend Kings Honda. Have leased, bought and serviced many cars from Kings Honda. We love how they try to please the customer. From Andy French the GM to Trish Woodward the salesperson who spent many hours with us to Dustin who took the time to call my wife the day after we leased we again are thrilled with our experience.

This car did meet all my needs but I truly do miss my Toyota. I’ve been a Toyota customer since 1982. I miss it. This car is very dependable and reliable. Never had any problems.
Purchased new CRX LX, my sales representative was Rob Larson. He was the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with, that noted, I have purchased many cars thru the years and know the difference between strong and weak, Rob was caring, intuitive, and kind. I received the price I wanted, Honda rate and term.

It has plenty of leg room. The dash is amazing. My Pearl White paint shimmers in the sun. Rides great. Can’t wait to get my tinted windows
Ryan had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived. He was more than knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were test driving. We didn't get the, "I'll have to check on that" routine. Once we decided, the process was within reason and the dealership went out of their way to find the best deal on financing. Before we left, they rewashed the vehicle, topped off the fuel, and dropped off our rent-a-car for us. Coming from Lexington, we were quite satisfied with our purchase.

NICE CAR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LOWER END LUXURY. I PREVIOUSLY HAD A BMW AND SO IT'S HARD TO COMPARE THE TWO. BUT OVERALL IT WORKS FOR OUR NEEDS AND IS VERY NICE ON THE OUTSIDE AS WELL AS THE INSIDE. CLEANS UP NICELY.
I had contacted sales/finance guy KC Markley a couple times to tell him what I was looking for and by the time I went in he had picked out a couple of options for me to drive. I went in and left with a 2016 Kia and the process was easy and he explained everything great and answered all the questions I had. Recommend this place and KC 100%.
It only took us 1 visit talking with Rachael to come back and purchase our 2015 Kia Sportage! She was very patient in all my questions and answered all my concerns throughout the process. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for a new Kia!
Although we did not purchase a new Kia, I would encourage anyone who is looking at this type of vehicle to ask for Greg Frankel. He is knowledgeable and keeps a nice relaxing tone in the sales experience. We actually drove back to the dealership to thank Greg in person and apologize for not buying from him. Even then he was gracious and friendly. The only reason we did not buy is that Kia didn't have quite the vehicle we were looking for.
