I can't say enough about Lavar. He actually sold me my Sorrento. He was an excellent salesman, and now in Service, he continues to exceed my expectations! He brought snacks in to us in the waiting area, apprised me of how my service was going, and finished my job before the expected time. He is always upbeat and personable. Lavar is a rock star!
Rebecca Newman our sales person was great, she helped find the right car for our needs and helped tremendously in getting financing. However, when we arrived at the dealership we were hounded by TK who wouldn???t even let us get out of our car. I advised him that we were working with someone else and he still proceeded to follow us and wouldn???t leave us alone. It was extremely uncomfortable and I almost turned around and walked out.
Lionel Amachree was a huge help. His customer service is what you look for in a cars salesman. He answered every question I had and was very friendly. His help is the only reason I walked out of the store with keys in my hand.
Service is always excellent. Cathy is a great service advisory. Always follows up. She is personable, experienced and trustworthy. Five years working with this dealership and I???ve always been pleased.
I had to leave a review after the great experience I had at Matthews KIA. I am new to the area and was looking to trade in my car for a new Sorento. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Where do I even begin? From the very first moment my family and I walked in to purchase my new car, we were greeted with smiling faces and helpful employees. Their willingness to work with us was amazing. Their patience? THE BEST. I never once felt pressured into buying a car, unlike other places we visited. Brad and Chad were both very great and kind. My family was so impressed they said when they want a new car Lou Sobh Kia is where they're going to go!
This dealership was extremely good to do business with. All employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. They provided answers to all questions and showed us all the inventory we were interested in buying. There was no pressure from the salesman of the management team.
