customer service is not good . left in the blank. no communication. 2 hrs for oil change. walked around and just looked around. a manager giving an interview and gave my wife and I a bad look cause our neace was playing. Guess that was a bad thing on us.
Just purchased a new Kia Soul from World Car Kia. It was a great shopping experience. They weren't pushy and I found exactly what I was looking for. The overall process went smoothly. Jessica was great to work with.

When we walked in it was very busy we were invited to take a seat, no one came near us for over 15 minutes. Then Jay came by on his way to get something for a customer he was with and asked how we were doing and we said we were ready to leave since no one seemed to have time to help us. He apologized and said he'd be right with us. He gave his other customer what they had been waiting for and returned to us. Once again apologized and offered us some water or coffee. From then on our experience was great. He knew his cars and we knew what we wanted and he saw that we got the best deal and sent us home in our new SOUL. We came back the next morning with our trade in and again it was very busy. but he was so nice and attentive even while taking care of other customers. Then Roman the finance person took over and was very efficient explaining each form as we signed them. Being busy and with customers piling up he still took us step by step through the paperwork and sent us on our way. My husband forgot the title to the trade in and had to go back with it . He waited for Jay just to tell him thank you and give him a couple of neckties since during this promotion they had cut off the salesmen's ties . We would have left if it hadn't been for Jay he knows what real customer service is.
We went in to World Car Kia looking for a used car and thanks to Leo Perez and Management, we were able to purchase 2 new vehicles. Leo Perez was confident he could do something for us. Mr. Perez took the time to explain every step, every detail and made this dream come true. Leo is very savvy when it comes to the vehicles he sells. He was a pleasure to work with on that day. He is an angel in our eyes. Leo was a blessing. I will tell family and friends that are looking for a vehicle to go see Leo Perez. Be blessed.
On Monday we purchased 2 new Kia vehicles. Leo Perez was our Sales Advisor. Mr. Perez was such a blessing. He is very knowledgeable, polite, encouraging and very honest. It was a pleasure working with Leo that day. He made our dreams come true. I will refer family and friends to him every chance I get.
I had a kia forte 2010, I went into to this service center because they are always
reliable compaired to the one by my house. I went in they told me how much it would cost. I went window shopping without any pressure from anyone and deceided to purchase a new kia forte 2016. James was absolutely exceptional. He was pleasant, never pressured me, was courtesy, ALWAYS came and kept me informed at what was going on. It took only 2 1/2 hours find out the issue with my old car and purchase a new car. Unheard of from previous experience at other dealers. Will always return to them.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. My sales rep was Jane's Alaniz. He made my car search an easy goin process and I drove away with a comfortable purchase. James presented us the car and informed us about many features in the make and model of the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product. He put effort in making sure I was able to walk away with what I was looking for. I left with a great impression on how they Do business and how they develop and keep good relationships with their clientel. I highly recommend you check this lot out. Great deals,and great service!
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
