Bill Devine, as always, greeted me as I entered and got my car ready for service. He provided excellent information. In addition, the communication is top notch as is the quality fo work. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be.
Great service and an honest assessment that my Soul???s brakes were fine and did not need replacing yet. I know plenty of dealers where service will push customers to do replacements ahead of when they???re needed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Just got my fourth Kia from Lev Kia and it was another fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Ken Russian, is not only one of the most knowledgeable and hard-working guys there, but he is also one of the least pushy and nicest salesman I have met. In addition, the managers, finance guys, and especially the service department are all top notch and great people to work with. No doubt that I will be headed back there again when it's time to look for a new car, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle at a great price! Lev Kia is the best!
Pranav Gill and the staff at HC Sudbury were a pleasure to work with. They helped me find the car of my dreams without going above my price point. Their sense of humours are also on point. Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car from Imperial. I never felt pressured into buying, and Steven was helpful in explaining the different options available. With financing, Desiree was excellent and made that part actually fun. I subtracted a star only because I had to drive to Mendon for my car inspection and back to Milford for paperwork. That said, I would (and have) recommended Imperial to a friend.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me and my sister. Gail Cardoso has showed patience, knowledge and NO high pressure. She is still working hard to find us the used car that meets our needs and budget . She as a great attitude and I appreciate how we have been treated. Hoping soon to be driving a new car
Overall I would recommend them. Although some of the process was frustrating. We had picked out a car, but we changed our mind to a sportage vs a sorento. We found one we really liked and we had to wait 2 days to sign in it. We got a call a couple hours before we were supposed to go down saying there is a problem with title. They found another sportage. But without all the options we had wanted. They were able to install them and added in new tires and brakes in as well. Over all minus a few hiccups, we left with a new car and a good price. I would recommend them and would go back, just know that the process took about a week to fix. Oh but they did give me a rental
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions
Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The place is clean, clean, clean! TV, magazines, coffee, snacks. If you have to wait at all, it's of a very short duration. They know their stuff and treat you well.
I was online looking for a lease and saw the Optima lease special. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Matt. He showed me the Optima, and went over the pricing with money down in the ad. He explained everything to me! Thank you for a great car!

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

This was the first time I actually bought a car on my own, Alex made me feel like it was not a big deal and that I would be OK, I don't think he realized it. I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart!
I was referred to Absolute Auto by a good friend of mine. They were very patient with me, a first time car buyer. I worked with Lisa the most and she was great! Always taking my calls and guiding me through the process. Had to get my AC and radio repaired soon after i bought my car and they fixed everything with no charge! Great warranty, great people, and great prices! Would definitely reccomend Absolute to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
Professional and courteous. Despite a problem that was well beyond their control, they not only came through with what i needed, but went beyond and compensated me for a problem that was not their fault. As a disabled American, that goes a long way and says a lot. If you go to these guys, you will not be disappointed.
