We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
This is my 3'rd Kia Optima an they are great cars.

I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
I love my Kia Optima!

I wasn't sure about getting a Kia but now I love it! It looks nice, rides great and gets great gas mileage. I got a lot for less money than other cars that I had looked at.
What car buying experience should be! No pressure, up front pricing and complete transparency from start to finish! Bryan Hannah in Sales and Chad Smith in Finance restored my faith that there are still honest people in the car business!

i love it drives nice i bought it from a dealership 90 miles away and driving home on the freeway it felt secure, very quiet descent power and i got 41 miles to gl ... i have the 2018 LX 2.4L
Knew what I wanted on entry, salesman (Mike) zeroed in and showed me exactly what I was looking for, then had delivered next day from another dealer so I could get color I wanted! Financial assistance was great, in and out on pick-up day in record time. Great deal, great service----LOVE my car!

i used this car for a while and it's smooth on the road and the abilities that car gives me shocked me .. eco mode is impressive.
Bought my Kia Optima in 2015. Service department has been friendly and courteous, explaining all systems current status. All service since I purchased my car has been done at Bob Utter facilities.

We had a 2015 Optima LX, but updated at the dealer's insistence to a 2018 Optima EX. Loved our old car, but this one is all the more sporty and impressive. Being disabled, I love the easy access memory seat. Too bad it's only available on the driver's side. 2 years free maintenance and the warranties alone make this car worth it, especially since I can't do the work myself anymore.
