Very reliable, never smoked in, clean, original owner, 6 speed manual transmission, well taken care of, all maintenance records can be seen, manual transmission makes it a great winter vehicle, new tires and brakes all around
First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

I had a 1994 Honda Prelude Si most of my adult life. Great, stylish car but age had gotten to it, and it was becoming a money pit. I wanted an economical, reliable car, but something with style, not a boring econobox. Living in Los Angeles, I spend a lot of time in my car. I did a lot of research, and the Kia Rio ticked all the boxes.
I found a dealer on line offering a 2013 with 49000 miles for a reasonable price. I test drove it and bought it on the spot. Maybe not the smartest thing to do, but I have no regrets. It's absolutely everything I was looking for in a car, and it is just so cute!! Everybody thinks it's brand new, including my neighbor with a 2014 Kia Forte who was stunned that it's an older model than his. The style is just so appealing and it's way bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. (Any Dr Who fans?)
I hope I'm still this happy in a year, but so far, so good!
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
Oil change and check up which was done efficiently and satisfactory with a friendly attitude!

The KIA Rio is a nice little car. The car handles very well and it's a pretty affordable car. The interior is very nice and has a lot of room in the cab which can fit a few friends. The trunk is very spacious and as a musician who plays a large horn (Tuba), that's really good for a sedan. The engine is pretty small and easy to work on. Basic stereo with a CD player that's easy to navigate and has the controlls on wheel which is convenient. Has an Aux cable which you can plug in either a cable or an adapter and a USB which doesn't work with my phone so I have to use a USB car charger to charge my phone. My only complaint is that it sometimes accelerates slowly and it's most notable on hills. Overall very nice little car and it gets the job done for me. Highly recommend it.
Michael Pirozzoli went above and beyond to make sure everything was understood and I was completely satisfied as I was from out of town purchasing my Camaro 1LE. I will definitely not hesitate to do business with him again or refer him more business.

Nothing but problem after problem. Took them a week to tell me my starter and battery went out at the same time???? Now airbag light will not go off. Not their problem. Was not under the Recall. Purchased brand new!!!Nothing good to say about kia😥😥😥😥the worst vehicle ever!!!!
Pat and his team were absolutely excellent. This was our first time buying a car and he made the process so easy for us. He explained every step of the process and made sure we didn’t have any doubts about anything. The customer service was A+ and we would recommend Preferred Auto to anyone looking into buying a used car!
I just drove home in my new 2014 ram 1500. I'm very happy with everything! Rob worked his magic. And got me into the exact truck I was looking for. I'm deff going back when the time comes for another truck!

I loved the customer service and the non-pressure of the buying experience. The cars were clean, well maintained, and the ability to fix anything was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the owner telling us how he gets his cars and his transparency. I would recommend Top Gear to anyone!

Love this car would buy another without thinking twice. I will buy a new one as my next needed car.my wife's car will be a kia.
I was desperate to get out of my 15 month old lease. I still had low miles but wasn't going to be able to keep it that way. Plus I didn't like car car. I asked for a Christmas Miracle and met Santa who made my wish come true! Santa aka Berson was fabulous! A fantastic experience and my daughter will be in next weekend to make her Christmas dreams come true! Thank you!!!!
