The vehicle is great! Considering the price I paid, the car is top-notch. My only complains would be the lack of power locks and windows, but you can pay extra for that (although I think in this day and age it should be standard). That being said, for a commuter vehicle it is an excellent choice with great gas mileage and good cargo storage for a small car (helped a friend move last night). You can really pack it out. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle.
As always, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how much I spazzed out on Jamel Mitchum during the process, I still left with a smile. This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. Alex Ruiz (the finance Manager) was also great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle

The manual crank windows are not bad if you are taller, I can reach every handle from the drivers seat. The 6spd trans is really good too! I can average 33mpg if I drive the speed limit.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

I brought the Kia Rio S as my 2nd car. I own a mini .
I love the style and interior of the Rio. I brought the auto as something different as have a manual mini.
We got the cruise control put in. I do country driving over an hr to work. I find the Rio handles the country roads nicely . Plus a bonus with the 7 yr warranty.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Extremely comfortable and fun to drive. Pleased with average 35.5 mpg after my 3rd tank of gas. I do not have Cruise Controls so I'm glad the speedometer is large. Being able to adjust the seat height is great. Totally satisfied.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. We dealt with Austin in our experience with Don Jackson. He was a pleasure to work with. Austin took great care of us!! The dealership was very busy but ran smoothly. I will definitely look here first on our next purchase. The only negative was hearing somebody yell out Roll Tide, but I can overlook that. Lol

I'm in love with my new car. Very good on gas. Clean inside and out. My new baby. Definitely recommend a KIA to anyone looking for a small car. Wanted a Ford but I think I found something else that makes me happy.
Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours.
I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300.
Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!

I Love my reo gas saver nice ride. It saves money on all the gas stations and the people at kia was the best they went above and beyond for me. Thank goodness for them
Again my sales lady Crystal Ward was on point. Third time and this to was a charm. After talking to a internet salesman, I told them that I only deal with Crystal. She called me and asked if I was ready to get out of my 2014 Chrysler 300 that I bought through her in Aug 2016. I said yes and she went to work. She did this while I was still at work and called me about 3 hours later and asked if I was ready to come get my new 2017 Chrysler 300. Again you came through for me and Ms. Dorothy. Thanks again for your help and the professionalism you display time and time again.

My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. This was definitely an unusual experience, but the level of customer service was amazing!! We would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain to anyone!!!
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
