I got great service at every turn. Even after my purchase. Within a few days of my purchase my low tire warning came on. I went back to the dealer to get it corrected thinking there was a problem with the tire system. As it turns out there was actually a screw in my tire I had probably picked up from construction in my neighborhood as I have done before and it was causing a slow leak. They were able to remove the screw & repair the tire at no cost to me. Thank you!

Came in to get an oil change and I couldn’t figure out where the services department was but Fidel barrientos came and helped me find it he was very nice and respectful. The oil change was very fast and efficient.
My Sales Man was Kayvon Karimbakhshasli.What a great young man. He was so helpful.We talked online he noticed I was looking for a car.Told him my situation, he said Ill find you a car he did just that he made me very happy.I highly recommend him on his job. We closed the deal June 16 -18. He found me the car a red Chrylser Convertible.I'm so happy,Beautifull Car. Kayvon is great he promised me he would make me happy and he did. So I certainly hope you know what a great person he is.He takes pride in what he does and I would highly recommend him to be Employee of the month. This was the best Car buying experience I ever had in my life. I bought this car over the phone and the way these people took care of the entire process is just like you have your own family working for you. Israel Del Cid (The dealer )even went as far as dropping the car price on his own just so I can get the best Interest rate and he did that after we already agreed on the price. He cut the rate entire 1% just so he can get me the better rates. NO ONE in this industry ever did that for me. Mr. Israel stayed even after hour for the driver to pick up my car and sent me pictures of what was going on the entire time. I can only wish more car dealerships are like them.

I gave a lot of "averages", but expected a lot more from Volvo. When the sticker price is $63k. These folks can't hold a candle to a luxury dealership. I wrote a super lengthy review to Volvo. I purchased a new 2016 VW from them, vowing never to darken their doors again, but.....got sucked in to a 22% off MSRP deal that I couldn't pass up on a 2017 S90 loaner. In both instances the sales people were great. In both instances it went downhill from there; delivery, make ready, promises made, promises broken over and over. If you have to buy from them, ask for Reid on the VW side, and Chris on the Volvo side, but be prepared for subpar service after the sale.
I used the USAA car buying service which put me in contact with Todd. The entire deal was set up over the phone and when I arrived in Houston, Todd had everything ready to go.
