The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.

This car was gift from my grandfather. Over the course of the summer me and my father have been looking for a good cars for me since I had just gotten my license in May and wanted to practice by myself driving. I was going for used ones that had what I wanted the most, a rear-view camera. After a lot of deciding my grandfather decided to get me the brand new 2018 Kia Rio since it’s reliable, affordable and had my rear-view camera. So far I love this car and it’s amaizng to ride in! It’s easy to drive and comfortable for me as I’m the only one who drives it. It’s quite small but I don’t mind it as much because I’m petite lol. All of my friends literally envy the fact that I have a new car but I always tell them that this car is a affordable and when they’re seeking a new car, definitely get a Kia Rio. I couldn’t imagine a better first car for myself.
From the initial meeting with the service attendant, Samuel Weisman, on Saturday, December 1, my maintenance service was a pleasant and informative experience. Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. I appreciate having a service department that I can trust not to do unnecessary work and one that is diligent in maintaining my vehicle in peak driving condition. Many thanks.

Purchased Red Sports version in Mar2018. Done 10000+ miles till today (Nov2018).
Exterior styling is contemporary and Interiors looks and Fit & Finish are very nice. Mine has black interiors, looks cool. Seats are comfortable. I am 5'11" male and the driving position is comfortable, also thanks to the Dead pedal.
But my most favorite feature is the Sports mode which makes the car very peppy. This was my most important factor of purchase.
In addition the Gear can be shifted in manual mode too. This can be handy while ramping up on freeway.
Daily office commute is 35 miles (5 city & 30 freeway) and it gives average 39.5 fuel economy.
Took it to Niagara falls few months ago (300+ miles from home) and all was comfy to and fro.
am very happy with my car thank you to the salesman Eddie has cars who was so honest and very helpful oh I forgot to all the team working very hard to get my dream come true, only one thing when the few fixtures of the car will be done :) thank you and yes I will recommend to all my friend and colleagues.
This place does not value customers, only sees dollar signs. The lack of concern for the problem I was having was appalling. Alex “a manager” felt it was necessary to tell me several times that they sell 160 cars a month. When I told him I couldn’t drive my car because my temp tag was expired he told me to drive it anyway. He blamed the fact that I hadn’t received my paperwork to take to the license branch on “it must have gotten lost in the shuffle”. He was more concerned about getting the point across to me that no cop would write me a ticket for an expired temp tag. Maybe not but a car is not legal to be on the road if it’s not properly registered and insured. I understand that my purchase of a used vehicle is not keeping the doors open but he could have pretended like he cared. Don’t waste your money here!

My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.

Nice little car to dip in and out of traffic. Peppy little engine that is good on gas. Seats are very supportive. Has some nice features considering the price.
Best car buying experience ever. All of the staff were great. Dustin was patient, encouraging and respectful. No pressure- just a genuine desire to place me in the right automobile. He suggested multiple financing options to help in the decision. I will not go to another dealer.
The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. I drive 80-100 miles a day. My gas savings from my previous vehicle, will almost pay my car payment. And, it is still comfortable and fun to drive.
Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. It was a pleasure getting to meet you guys!! Would highly recommend KIA OF WACO!

This car is a good one to drive to and from work. I've only owned it for 11 days now and I like it. I had a Kia Rio 2009 hatchback before this one so, it's a little similar but the 2018 S has the back-up camera and other updates like the blue tooth. This is a sedan and it's slightly bigger than the hatchback. Lots of room in the trunk. Not much leg room in the passenger area.
I am so appreciative of Rich Purdy over at Kia of Puyallup. Not only did he make my first car buying experience stress-less, but he did so with such poise and professionalism! Rich made sure that I got everything that I wanted and needed in my new Kia Forte, and the paperwork was a breeze once everything else had been ironed out. There's no one who will make your experience more worth it than Rich Purdy. Thanks Kia of Puyallup!

i use this car as a daily commuter, being a 6spd manual cars great on gas super reliable and super cheap. the seats are comfy. everything is user friendly and very reliable.
