My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. This car was gift from my grandfather. Over the course of the summer me and my father have been looking for a good cars for me since I had just gotten my license in May and wanted to practice by myself driving. I was going for used ones that had what I wanted the most, a rear-view camera. After a lot of deciding my grandfather decided to get me the brand new 2018 Kia Rio since it’s reliable, affordable and had my rear-view camera. So far I love this car and it’s amaizng to ride in! It’s easy to drive and comfortable for me as I’m the only one who drives it. It’s quite small but I don’t mind it as much because I’m petite lol. All of my friends literally envy the fact that I have a new car but I always tell them that this car is a affordable and when they’re seeking a new car, definitely get a Kia Rio. I couldn’t imagine a better first car for myself.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
Kia Parkside, Colton, JT, and Matt were nothing short of a blessing to me. I was extremely nervous about purchasing a new car, but they made my experience painless and were very patient with me. Oh & I love my brand new Kia Soul!

This car crosses out all the boxes in a good way . I just wish I had realized that the Lx rio for 2018 does not have a back seat capable of folding down. That is my only disappointment.
If your looking for a new vehicle to bring into your life I highly suggest going to see a Roger! He???s not pushy at all and he actually cares about your life and what your going through! Best salesman I???ve ever had

Nice little car to dip in and out of traffic. Peppy little engine that is good on gas. Seats are very supportive. Has some nice features considering the price.
Colton and Jeff went above and beyond to find me a car that would fit my budget. And have all the amenities that I wanted in a car. They also made me feel right at home and talked like we had known each other for years. Jeff even sent me messages throughout the day to keep me posted on what was going on with the banks.Victoria also reached out to me the morning of my appointment to confirm with all the details. This car is a good one to drive to and from work. I've only owned it for 11 days now and I like it. I had a Kia Rio 2009 hatchback before this one so, it's a little similar but the 2018 S has the back-up camera and other updates like the blue tooth. This is a sedan and it's slightly bigger than the hatchback. Lots of room in the trunk. Not much leg room in the passenger area.
Parkside Kia was our 3rd dealership to visit & it turned out to be our final stop. We were greeted by Jeff Ford. As we worked through our decision of what we wanted Jeff was caring & wanted to make sure I got just what I wanted. And that is what happened. I bought a 2019 Sorento SX. There was no pressure to buy from them. I now have a new friend for life, his name is Jeff Ford. Please give Jeff & Parkside Kia a chance to make your next buying experience great. I already have a 2006 Kia and now I have 2 Kia's.

Purchased Red Sports version in Mar2018. Done 10000+ miles till today (Nov2018).
Exterior styling is contemporary and Interiors looks and Fit & Finish are very nice. Mine has black interiors, looks cool. Seats are comfortable. I am 5'11" male and the driving position is comfortable, also thanks to the Dead pedal.
But my most favorite feature is the Sports mode which makes the car very peppy. This was my most important factor of purchase.
In addition the Gear can be shifted in manual mode too. This can be handy while ramping up on freeway.
Daily office commute is 35 miles (5 city & 30 freeway) and it gives average 39.5 fuel economy.
Took it to Niagara falls few months ago (300+ miles from home) and all was comfy to and fro.
I had a great experience with Mukesh Mehta on leasing a new Camry. He was very honest and friendly and ended up giving me a great deal. I hope everyone has as good of luck with buying or leasing a car as I did!

The car met my needs. Great miles per gallon. Love the siriusxm's and bluetooth features. The car is smaller but still works for us. Love the sleek design
My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.

decent legroom in the back compared to previous versions especially. drives well, pick up is slower but then expected by horsepower of this range. overall good bang for buck
The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.
Best car buying experience ever. All of the staff were great. Dustin was patient, encouraging and respectful. No pressure- just a genuine desire to place me in the right automobile. He suggested multiple financing options to help in the decision. I will not go to another dealer.
Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. It was a pleasure getting to meet you guys!! Would highly recommend KIA OF WACO!

The staff is always very nice and helpful! When my car will be there for an extended time I???m always offered a ride. The Cookies and drinks are a plus.
