Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion.

It's very easy to set the appointments using their website, and they usually have a lot of convenient options. The service is consistently great, starting with the reception and the quality of the work done on the car
Buying a car is not always the best experience. However Quinn at Rick Case Kia made the experience seamless. Quinn showed us a few cars and we decided on a Kia Sportage.. We never felt rushed and he was very knowledgeable about the small suv and we felt like we got a great deal! Thank you for changing our minds about the car buying experience!
