Best Car-Buying Experience I've Ever Had

I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, both luxury brands & mainstream one, an my recent experience at Kia of East Hartford was by far the best experience I've ever had at any other dealer. Ryan Peterson was on point with everything, and went WAY above & beyond to make sure I had the best experience. The vehicle I was interested in was already pulled up front when I arrived, freshly washed & cleaned, PLUS he had it started and cooled down because it was a very hot day outside. Never has any other dealer took that much attention to detail. The test drive was extensive, and without being pushy or monotonous, Ryan lady pointed out many features and aspects of the car that I wouldn't think about paying attention to. When we got back to the dealership, without being annoyed or hovering, he let me spend as much time alone in the vehicle to really get comfortable with everything. The rest of the process was very quick and very easy. Upon delivery, the vehicle was completely clean & detailed. (The last 4 vehicles I bought from other dealers, on delivery day the cars were dirty, covered in glue from shipping wrapping, and not even filled with gas). I was really happy that Kia of EH took to that level of attention. Marrissa in finance, made the paperwork process incredibly quick while still explaining everything and going over extra options I had. I'm happy I bought a Kia and even more happy it was from Kia of East Hartford! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Great Experience

I went into Kia of East Hartford looking for a Kia Optima that I found online and the car was exactly as advertised and couldn't be happier with the whole car buying experience. I was greeted by a salesman that is new to the dealership and he was GREAT!!! No pressure, very friendly and very informed about the car and all of it's options.... I noticed the tires didn't match and the keys were in rough shape so I asked if they could put 4 new tires on the car and replace the keys and without hesitation my salesman said that he could make it happen and sure enough he left to talk to his manager and 2 minutes later he came back and said done. He even offered to come in on his day off so I could pick up the car a day early(which I didn't make him do). But when I got there the car was already registered and ready to drive out the door but not until their tech guy walked me through every option that the car had and made sure I knew how to use it all and believe me there was quite a few options in the SX Turbo. The salesman's name is Richard Bearse and the next time I'm looking to purchase another car I'll definitely be seeing him again, I strongly recommend you do the same because you won't be disappointed. He even called me today(about 2 weeks after I purchased the car) to make sure that I haven't had any problems and that I'm totally happy with the car. I mentioned one thing with the car that we had discussed a couple times before I purchased the car and he said he'd talk to his manager about honoring it so we hung up and he text me about 10 minutes later and told me that unfortunately because it wasn't written up as part of the deal there is nothing they could do about it because they price their car aggressively to sell. So instead of me getting short changed he took it upon himself to pay for it out of his pocket to make sure I was completely satisfied with the experience. Richard Bearse is one of the best salesman I've ever come across and I'm not just referring to car salesman. To some people a handshake still means something and apparently he's one of them Thanks Rich, you're the best!!! If you're looking for a car new or used go see him!!! Oh yeah, Marrissa in Finance was Great as well. Just a great team over there.
