Great van for the money

With 3 kids we really have no choice but a minivan. The sedona seems to be the best on the market for the price. It seems from checking reviews and ratings, the other vans in this price just have too many service issues, whereas the sedona is very cheap to maintain.
We spent three months researching and test driving vehicles. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, we started working with our local dealer to find it (they did not have what we wanted on their lot). It was a huge waste of time. We stumbled across an XC90 at Royal South Volvo which is 3.5 hours and out-of-state from where we live. Two phone calls and a few pictures later, we had a great price on our new vehicle, including a really solid price on my trade-in. They knew I didn’t want to waste an entire day traveling only to be disappointed and they did not disappoint. This was honestly THE best car shopping experience of my life and I absolutely hate car shopping. Ask for Nick or Ryan and they will take very good care of you.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

I used to own a Honda odyssey, which I loved and it got totaled after shopping around for a new one, I was shocked by the price and went to Kia. After test driving the Sedona I was surprised by how comparable it was and how much less it cost. I now own the Sedona, paying less than what I was paying for the Honda and got a ton more options.
The only " bad" thing I would have to say is the road noise is a little bit loud in the Sedona, but not that much.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.
This was a nice place to buy a used car. They let me test drive the car on my own. They provided all of the information I asked for. They were reasonable when it came to negotiating the final price. My biggest critique is that when it came to doing the paperwork, they pushed pretty hard to sell several types of additional coverage. Be strong and direct with your position and they pretty quickly reduced the prices of the coverages. Overall this was generally a good experience. Also Licking County has a relatively low sale tax especially if you’re coming from Columbus. The drive is definitely worth the effort.

This van is a Mom’s dream come true. I can fit my family of 5, groceries, all of our baseball equipment and still have plenty of room. The features are amazing and the seats are so comfy!
We were greeted warmly, were treated to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and fresh donuts, and a young lady made a fresh batch of tasty popcorn. There is a charging station with a table if you need to some work while you wait.
Awesome experience with my third Kia Soul. Thank you Christopher Pinard for making everything great. Any one need a new come to Kia of Orange Park and see Chris he has 30 experience. He is the BEST
Not a Honda

After a little research I decided to trade in our 2011 Honda Odyssey and try the 2017 Kia Sedona. My initial impression of the van was good, but right out of the gate I noticed that the cargo room was a little smaller. The van drove well but is way under powered compared to the Odyssey. It did have a good price point and nice features like leather seats, bluetooth, back camera, etc. so we decided to buy it. After owning the van for less than a year my wife and I both hated it. The paint was no longer shiny and seemed to scratch easily, the van's A/C system had a sour smell that the dealership could not smell or correct despite replacing the cabin air filter on our dime. The gas milage was terrible compared to the odyssey especially for the size of the vehicle. Overall, the van just seemed substandard when compared to the Odyssey. So after owning it for 11 months, we just traded it in for a Honda Odyssey and could be happier. My recommendation is to spend a little more on the front end and be happier in the end.
Very pleasant experience at Kia of Turnersville. Ed was very understanding and attentive to our needs. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and we are very pleased. We will definitely be returning in the future. Anyone looking for a new car ask for Ed!

The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !

It doesn’t feel like a van even though the inside is big a spacious it rides smooth and honestly glad I don’t feel like im driving a big van I probably would have went with a SUV but this was a good choice
I brought in a used vehicle I just purchased knowing it had some issues with it. Brian understood right off the bad that I wasn???t trying to drop a bunch of money into it. He did however tell me everything that was wrong with it and cleared up some issues about what I ???thought??? was wrong with it. Anyways, I got all the work I needed done and didn???t break the bank and I felt super comfortable and happy as my car just feels a lot better than when I picked it up. Also I haven???t really met someone his age who is as professional! 5 stars I???ll be back.
Beware of computer calculated MPG

Just went on a long trip. The onboard computer calculated the MPG at 26.6 for a 2,106 highway mile trip. However, in reality the MPG was only 23.3 MPG. This is three MPG less than what the onboard computer stated. I have not been able to get this corrected or even an explanation for the difference from the dealer I purchased this from. Is KIA hiding this????
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
